A very handsome, spacious and comfortable apartment, this new addition to the VIP Family of properties joined in February 2012. It features over 60 m² of living space, about 650 ft², with 2 full bedrooms and one bathroom, with the WC in a separate room that is easily accessed by all. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds which can be separated or combined to form another queen size bed, please state preference at booking, and the living room has a comfortable pull out double size sofa bed for 2 adults. That’s a total of up to six adults to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is of good size and features a dishwasher, washing machine with drying rack, an oven stove and microwave, plus refrigerator/freezer. The dining table seats up to 6 people. That is to say, if you even use the kitchen! So many nearby restaurants to choose from! But there are also delicatessens, so you can buy and just reheat items at ‘home’ if you like…

Located on the 1^st European floor (2^nd US) with an elevator, the building is nicely maintained. It has good security and is in a quiet area. The apartment itself has good size windows which are double paned and allows in lots of light and the owners have done some upgrades and have repainted the bathroom and hallways.
