The Parc Montsouris, created under Napoleon III, is an elegant 37 acres of sloping lawns, pathways, and a lake, just two minutes away from the apartment. Discover the fairy tale streets lining the park or hop on the metro and within ten minutes you’re at Montparnasse or Saint Germain. Become one of the locals!

Divided onto two floors, the ground floor of the apartment is luminous and consists of one bedroom, one full bathroom, TV room,  living room, an open kitchen/dining room area. There's a private courtyard, perfect for summertime lunches or a glass of wine at the end of the day. There is plenty of workspace in the kitchen, and everything is there for making delicious French meals with local ingredients during your stay...it's tastefully decorated with personal touches. The apartment has Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware and all necessities to make your stay unforgettable.

The second floor has two bedrooms, a small additional room with a single bed, and a full bathroom.

This apartment requires a "Meet and Greet" - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time.
