The apartment, extremely quiet and bright, is located on the 4th European floor (5th US) with an elevator. Right in the heart of Paris, this newly renovated apartment is perfect for the discerning visitor. It is located just steps away from the Montorgueil Market with French food shops and cafés, Pompidou/Chatelet (modern art, night life and transport hub), the Marais (Picasso Museum and trendy fashion shops), just a couple of blocks away from the Louvre and Ile de La Cité (Notre Dame), and within walking distance of St Germain. The apartment boasts a stunning panoramic view over the surrounding streets and buildings.

Two bedroom rue Montorguiel Luxury holiday rental

We were met by the on-site manager who was the perfect host/assistant/guide. She not only helped us get the luggage up to the apartment but took the time to advise us on the local shopping, sites to see etc.

"Outstanding Parisian apartment"
This apartment was even better than it appeared in the photos. Beautifully furnished with traditional French furniture, it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, fromageries and clothes shops nearby. The charming Martine from Vacation in Paris met us at the local metro and guided us to the apartment. She gave us a thorough explanation of everything in the apartment and the local area as well. What a wonderful introduction to Paris. The view from the apartment is a traditional Parisian streetscape. We only ate out twice during or five nights stay here, as it was lovely to sit in the apartment and enjoy our view with some local red wine and some amazing French cheese. It is a fantastic kitchen in which to prepare a meal. Nearby on rue Montorguiel there are also wonderful fish shops and butchers. We had free Internet access as well as free international phone calls home to Australia. There is a small lift to reach the apartment on the fifth floor. Notre Dame is only a 10-minute walk away and the local metro 2 minutes so the location was perfect. Windows are double glazed which keeps out all the street noise. The bakery opposite sells delicious bagettes and pastries. Who would stay in a hotel room when you can stay in such an outstanding Parisian apartment. This accommodation was the highlight of our 4-week trip around Europe. We have started saving already for our return trip.
