Just renovated (May 2006) the local Owner has lovingly decorated this roomy and comfortable one bedroom with lots of those special “Parisian moments” touches for your dreamy stay! You will just love how tastefully done and so “opposite of a cold/stark hotel room” this place is, offering you a memorable stay in Paris.

It has a separate bedroom with a double bed for 2 adults, plus an optional ‘Divan couch’ for a child or young adult in the same room. The living room has a large comfortable double size sofa-sleeper that folds out. With the bathroom in the entry hall, this flat can accommodate up to 5 people (max 4 adults and a child ). It has a darling dining table for 4 to six people, a great kitchen with lots of specialty items for cooking, and as you will see in the pictures the owner decided that if the refrigerator doesn’t quite fit inside the kitchen, why not get one that is almost a work of Art and place it as furniture in the main room? The pink refrigerator adds more décor to the apartment!

This is the lively Bastille area, chock full of smalls restaurants and just a stroll to the beloved Marais area. You will be right next to line 1 Metro, which takes you to most central sights in Paris. Even if you have been to Paris before, have you ever heard of or been to the “several mile-long elevated gardens/strolling area” that used to be a old train track line? It runs all the way from the Bastille area, to the Eastern edge of Paris’s forested area called Bois de Vincennes. it is called “Chemin Vert” or the green path. The city turned this old elevated rail line into an landscaped exclusively pedestrian walkway where you can stroll and view much of the city at your leisure, it is a jewel to discover!

When you come to Paris, you of course must bring your camera, - but in this case, you will want it not only for the city sights, but also to show friends back home of that “special dreamy place’ you stayed in !
