This beautiful, artistic apartment is located on the 2^nd European floor in a building midway along a green and inviting passageway, lined with cobblestones. Completely renovated by an interior designer, you’ll find a large open floor plan with a relaxing living area, a comfortable sofa, kitchen and dining area. Perfect for four guests, the apartment has a loft-like feeling. The decor is artsy and eclectic, young and contemporary. A bright orange fridge, striking collage-type wallpaper covering the closet and an unusual stylistic lamp fit the decor in a quirky, off-beat way, with the original ceiling beams and antique mirrors. Fitting since this neighborhood is now the up-and-coming hip area of Paris. New designer shops, trendy cafés and restaurants are popping up all over the nearby streets. This is the place to be!

Where the Marais is getting more and more touristy and crowded, this area, an extension of the Marais, feels spacious and just as fashionable. Stop by one of the nearby cafés and have a hot lemon ginger detox drink. From here you can get to Bastille, the Place des Vosges, or the Picasso Museum in an easy ten-minute walk. There’s also an amazing open market twice a week on nearby Boulevard Richard Lenoir. And you have your choice of three different metro stops within easy walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make meals including an oven, stove top, pans and dishwasher, even though you may be tempted by the delicious restaurants in the streets nearby! There’s a hallway where you can find a separate WC and sink, as well as a washer/dryer combo and a steamer for your clothes, to look just as sharp as everyone else in this trendy neighborhood.

The master bedroom is light and bright with a tall window, exposed whitewashed beams and a queen bed for a good night’s rest. The ensuite bathroom, painted in warm tones, has a spacious walk-in shower, towel warmer and WC.

The second bedroom also has exposed beams, with a comfy double bed and small desk area. The décor is geared towards children, but we think that anyone who feels like a child would enjoy it. It too has an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and sink.
