Comments:For 4 people, it would have been nice to have a few more bathroom towels. Also, when we arrived, towels were in the dryer (there was a note telling us) but they weren't dry so we hung them up. There is a school next door and one night they must have had an end of year party with music till pretty late - we enjoyed it but others might have felt there was too much noise. Also, someone drags out the garbage/recycling cans every morning between 6:30-7 so that was a bit annoying a couple of days. We expected "city" dwelling in the apartment so were not bothered by the noise - the location was perfect and very easy to navigate from which was our priority! Lovely place and I would definitely stay there again. Never having rented an apartment before in another city, we weren't really sure what to expect and were VERY pleasantly surprised that it was so nice - we thought everything was wonderful!

Comments:Location is AMAZING!!!!! You step out the door and are literally within a five minute walk in any direction to some of the best cafes, tourist attractions, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only negative is the school next door, but the kids did make a nice alarm clock to make sure you didn't waste your day in bed while in Paris. The property does not sleep 5 adults! I would say maybe 3 adults.

Comments:The location of this building was fabulous!! With respect to the apartment itself, the beds were quite comfortable. However, the living room furnishings could be updated (dining chairs shift/creek when sitting and the two day beds slope when sitting) and large cracks/spaces between its wood floor planks should probably be repaired; small mats covering the damaged areas are not sufficient. The washer/drying is apparently new and worked very well. The kitchen is very small (no more than two persons at a time and then not easy to manouver around each other) but mostly adequate for very basic snack preparation; however, you cannot have more than one appliance (excluding the fridge) plugged in at any given point in time - ie - must unplug microwave and stovetop to boil water in the kettle ... doable but inconvenient especially with a drapping extension cord. A seemless transaction with VIP; we received 100% of our security deposit back in a timely manner. We were happy that we were able to receive and leave the apartment keys in Paris (rather than in the US) as Paris was not our 1st or last place on our itinerary. We would consider staying here again IF the apartment were renovated. However, we did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine or the department store discount coupon as advertised.

Comments:The apartment was generally as advertised and overall OK. It was however a bit disjointed and not overly homely. Tn the kitchen there was only one power outlet so could only use one electrical appliance at once. Good location and good value for money but if we where to go back to Paris would probably pay a bit more for some higher comfort levels. having said that it was as we expected so no overall complaints but some feedback which may improve things.

Comments:I wish there was a "good" category. My acceptable responses were actually better than acceptable but not quite "very" good. The apartment I stayed in back in September was "very good" to "excellent", although the immediate neighborhood was not as nice. This apartment was not as newly decorated and some fixtures and decor were old, but the location more than makes up for this. The Neo Cafe's food and desserts were excllent...cannot stress enough -- eat there! It is fair to note that if you arrive during the week, the school children are playing right outside the apartment--early in the morning. They also have recess about every two hours--which seems like a great idea--keeps them awake! Also, if you are there on the weekend -- plan to spend the evening at the Neo Cafe. You will either be part of the party or will be listening to it until 2:00 a.m. Being part of the party isn't a bad thing -- like I mentioned excellent food and the music was very good and the service was great. This is a really "happening" intersection of Blvd. St. Germain. A plus for us was walking distance from the RER from the airport, to Luxemburg Gardens and the Odeon station connected to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend.

Comments:Without a doubt, one of the best locations in Paris we could have hoped for. Directly across the street from a great Metro stop and an easy walk from many great sights. The pictures definitely make the apartment look a bit bigger than it is (particularly with respect to the family room area. However, this is Paris and apartments are typically quite small. And, we used this as a place to sleep and shower. It served that purpose well. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and a couple more fans would be good, but otherwise this was a great spot for us.

Comments:This apartment is so well located! Around every corner are interesting sights, restaurants and cafes. The property manager was very nice; the place was clean and very functional. It was very roomy, quiet and comfortable. It really suited our needs perfectly. Some instructions on how to use the microwave would have been useful. Also, a current converter/adapter for those of us from North America would have been great. We appreciated the free calls back to North America, too, thanks!

Comments:This property was exactly as listed on the website. The apartment furnishings are older, the floor is in need of repair but the location is fabulous. The apartment is next door to an elementary school which meant there was playground noise several times a day. We found this to be endearing and loved that it made us feel that we were part of the community instead of in a hotel somewhere. There are 2 large windows that open in the living area which allowed for fresh air. The bathroom had a nice shower and we liked that there was a separate room for the toilet/sink. We would stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and good price. Your agency did a fabulous job with the logistics of this trip . It was our first trip to Paris and you made it very simple. We received our keys as promised, the apartment was exactly as it was represented on your website and you provided great directions for our arrival. I learned about your agency from a coworker who had learned about it from another coworker. I would recommend your agency to anyone looking to stay at an apartment in Paris. I hear you have an apartment to rent in London which is great news. I wish that your agency also managed apartment rentals in Italy or other countries. Thanks for a memorable, terrific vacation.

Comments:The apt/location/experience exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfy, apt spacious, clean/as advertised. Amazing location and surprisingly quiet.Would also say that the transfer service whose name I got from VIP was excellent--BT-Transfer--and very wel On the instructions to get into the apt, we found that the key turns to the right, with the final 1/4 turn opening the door. I believe the instructions said "left." Also, there IS a washer/dryer combo which worked well. We have traveled in Europe before

Comments:The schoolchildren are quite loud in the mornings, not an issue for us but we were grateful that the advertisement mentioned this as it would have been quite a surprise. Better to be prepared for it. Would have liked some more kitchen dishtowels or some sort of draining rack for the dishes. Otherwise everything was very comfortable and just like home ;)

Comments:The apartment had a lot of dust and spots which could be wiped off easily, i.e. it was not properly cleaned. The whole apartment was like this, and particularly the kitchen; stains and old bread crumbles in drawers and around kitchen tools. Not good. The value for the apartment is not good, as it was badly cleaned.

Comments:Although I indicated there wasn't much outdoor noise, when school was in session, there were multiple recess times with loud bells ringing. Not too bad, but definitely noticeable during morning hours. As far as towels, we each had one and for a week, it would have been nice to have had more especially since the washer/dryer was tricky to use.....we tried to wash towels once, but they never dried. We loved the location of apt., and the beds were very comfortable. The binder had helpful info in the apt. too. After being there a couple of days, I noticed what I believe were a couple of boxed mouse traps in apt......a little creepy to think there may be mice in an apt. so far off ground. I surely didn't want to see one! If those weren't mouse traps, I don't know what they were. At times the apt. was warm, however, luckily, the weather wasn't too hot when we were there. Apt. might be quite warm in hotter weather.

Comments:We had a problem using Euros at the train station when trying to contact the property manager. Apparently some telephones only take calling cards or credit cards. We were able to call VIP in New Jersey and they contacted the property manager. VIP was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend. All my concerns were addressed before I left the U.S., mostly in emails before I even asked the questions. The description of the property was totally accurate. There were no unpleasant surprises. My key refund was promptly credited to my charge card. Thanks you VIP for exceeding my expectations.

Comments:The apartment was cold but overall temperatures at the time were 15 degrees below average. A portable heater for the winter months might be a good idea. It was quiet and very well located. Due to the below normal temperatures it would have been better to have directions to the Odeon Metro stop rather than a walk from the RER station. The restaurant right outside the door was very good.

Comments:We loved the apartment. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom got very wet when we had a shower. The kitchen stove stopped working on the second last day which was a bit tricky. Comments:This was our third location in Paris, because the original apt. in Monparnasse had no electricity on the second day of our arrival. The manager was very helpful in helping with our relocation. This apt. was in an excellent location and satisfactory for the most part, except for an antiquated TV, and noisy school children from an adjacent school which ended at the end of the day. Again, we appreciated all the help from your mangers with our relocations and the upgrades without additional charges for the inconvenience.

Comments:I understand this was recently added to the VIP apartment list. It's very nicely located and is a real bargain at the off-season rate (less so at the full rate). However, it could use a variety of odds and ends of the sort a more frequently rented apartment usually accumulates from repeated visitors. For example, the kitchen needs 1) some sharp knives (I bought a cheap one and left it) 2) dishtowels 3) more glasses 4) a dish drainer (there's no place to put dishes once they've been rinsed). Several items are broken--the lamp in the living room, and the plug-in water heater in the kitchen. Everything else works nicely. The 8 for the kitchen is only for size and the two-burner stove. If this apartment ever had 4-5 people in it who wanted to cook a meal, there would be problems. The elementary school behind the building is noisy during recess, but that's only twice a day (and not early in the morning). I've rented five or six apts. from VIP and, despite the reservations above, this is certainly one of the better ones. Keep doing a good job.
