Comments:This apartment was just what we neededn for an amazing stay in Paris. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was stocked with all kitchen and household goods needed. We cooked many meals and everything was there that we needed and more. The apartment was centrally located to most of the attractions and must see's in Paris. Most were within 10-20 min walk form apartment as well as close to public transportation. There was a gorcery store on the same block as the apartment which was quite helpful. One of the best things about the apartment had to be our lovely host Daniele. She greeted us with a beautiful smile, she was energetic, warm and inviting. Daniele was very informative not only about the apartment but the area as well. She is a true gem. If we are ever in Paris again we would love to stay in this apartment again.

Comments:The location provided easy access to trains and was only 12 min from Gare du Nord. Great location. Daniele is a very helpful host who responds reliably and quickly. She met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough review of the apartment. There was ample soaps in bathroom and kitchen. There was even oil and tea and salt, the essential items were all provided. The toilet room was non-traditional with a separate toilet without a sink but we would walk to the bathroom with shower and bidet or the kitchen to wash hands. The only item we bought was more toilet paper. It all worked out well. The sheets and towels were of good quality and that is always appreciated. We had ample for our use.

Comments:Great location and accomodation for a holiday in Paris. Supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants, patisseries, and shops close by. Very close to metro (rambateau) and RER (Les Halles). Awesome communication from Vacation Paris, exactly as described. Not a negative but I would suggest providing Paris info such as Paris Navigo Semaine passes, metro RER map and highlight how close shopping, metro and RER are to the apartment. I researched this info though if available to others would possibly improve their experience. Also could include various ways to transit from airports or Gare du norde. Just a thought. Awesome thanks all!!!

Comments:While the property and furnishings are simple, they are very adequate. The kitchen is small but we know this is typical of Paris. Overall, the location is what makes this an excellent value. We loved the location. It was roomy for 6 people. I would definitely want to rent this apartment again.

Comments:The only issue we had was the towels. With seven people there, we wish we had a couple more big towels. We tried to use the washing machine, but it took a very long time to wash and the clothes/towels were still wet and had to be hung to dry. One night one of the neighbors played loud music until 4 am. I had ear plugs and didn't hear it, but it kept the kids up all night. I don't think there is anything you could do about that, but thought you should know. We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment worked out great. Loved the views and miss my lovely bedroom with the big window doors. The super market next door was super convenient. I will be recommending it to friends and hopefully make it back there one day. Thank you.

Comments:Good location and would be pleased to return. Wi-fi worked well. We were 3 generations and 7 people and managed fine in the apartment. Suggestion to owner: Upgrade the coffee pot (it is overly basic). Kitchen needs review and replacement of frying pans and some other items. VERY GOOD washing machine and all clothes dried quickly on the drying racks. We never used the dishwasher, which we understand is brand new (washed dishes by hand). Comments:It was an okay rental, not the best I've had with Vacation in Paris. Our biggest complaint/disappointment was the "washer/dryer" which we had counted on using. It apparently takes 9 hours (!) to complete a cycle, and never did dry the clothing. I would not recommend this property in the heat of summer without a/c. Otherwise, the property was fine.

Comments:The service was excellent, even before we got to the apartment. Since the first contact, and even before we traveled, we sere taken care of. We were very pleased with every interaction with Vacstioninparis. The location of the property was excellent, and the security of the building was first rate. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. He was on the ball all the time, providing excellent service, maps, anything we needed. The apartment could use a bit of updating, and the kitchen in particular could use some cleaning out (there is too much stuff!)

Comments:This was a great apartment that is centurally located within walking distance of a lot of attractions. But most of all, it was so centurally located in the community that allowed us to feel like Parisians. The neighborhood was great. It was wonderful to find a favorite cafe, bakery, butchery, marketplace, etc that all was within walking distance. The security to the building was great. All appliances work in the apartment and it was clean. My friends, husband, and I loved this apartment and where it was located. We will definitely come back to Paris again and stay in the same apartment as we now see this as our "vacation apartment" and "neigborhood" in Paris. If I had to give one critique, I would say that the living room sofa should be updated, but other than that, it was a "parfait" place to stay.

Comments:Please note I have put acceptable for the bathroom only because it is a little old, but very quaint and we had no problems. Our little holiday in Paris was the first part of a dream trip. My family had never been to Europe before, and the joy on their faces when they saw the apartment is one of my fondest memories. A wonderful, quaint little piece of Paris, it was our cosy warm little oasis. The location could not be more perfect: central Paris, easy walking distance to most attractions, Rambuteau Metro Station a minute away, shops and restaurants nearby...what more could one ask for? Add to that an easy booking process with the very helpful staff at vacationinparis.com, and the absolutely wonderful M.Ranasinghe to welcome and help us, I could not recommend the whole thing more highly. The next time we are in Paris I will DEFINITELY be using your services. Thank you SO MUCH for help making our holiday magical!

Comments:We were a little dismayed at first as it is a very original 1970`s property, and did not look quite as glamorous as the internet photos! We struggled with the locks and the bathplug and taps.The tablecloth which was on the table when we arrived was a plastic fantastic! Not the best look! The separate toilet has a severe crack on top of the cistern or could be completely broken. A handle fell off on the floor and just missed my foot,but these are minor details. I will send a photo of the cistern! We washed a load of dishes in the dishwasher and they did not come out clean. We discovered that the little compartment door did not open and release the wash tablet,so the method is ; just put the tablet on the bottom of the dishwasher. Another minor detail! The neighbours were lovely and friendly.and the position is so handy for all services,We found Flunch which was amazing value,and overall we had a memorable holiday.

Comments:My family of 6 thought the apartment was a good size for central Paris and it was in an excellent location. It was very easy to get around Paris and was a great base. It was a charming French apartment, with everything in working order. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit tired but in working oder. The shower rail fell down sometimes but was easily fixed. We would stay there again. I left a completed appraisal form in the apartment.

Comments:The apartment was fantastic and the location brilliant. Travelling from South Africa to Europe is a long haul flight and as a familiy we love been able to move around freely. My family loved the accommodation and the convenience of it. Having three active boys, we were able to come and go as we pleased without too much stress. The apartment had everything as described on your site. The only disappointment was the cancellation of the New Years fireworks as we were looking so forward to it. We will most definitely utilise this kind of accommodation and bookings to Paris again. Is this site going to move into other areas in Europe and United States (namely New York and other large cities) with the same kind of self catering accomodation.

Comments:We love the apartment in Paris. It was great and gave our family (of 5) room to spread out. We used the kitchen for several meals and the washer to wash some towels. The location was very nice, and we walked alot and never felt threaten. The people in Paris were very helpful and kind to us, even with our limited French. We did not have any problems at all... It was an awesome trip and I have been recommending apartments to any of my friends who are thinking of going to Paris. Only a few items to note: 1.) as Americans we were use to wash cloths being supplied while in Europe they are not... We only had one wash cloth for the family. 2.) The other minor item was we didn't know how to open the door to leave the building. A neighbor helped us figure out to get out of the building. Awesome job and you get great reviews on the travel sites. Those reviews and the BBB ratings were what convinced me to go with you.

Comments:The bathroom needs a fixed wall mount shower head capability. You had to use the shower head as a hand held shower head. There was no way with the wall shower head mounting bracket and shower head flex line to direct the water spray downward as you would have with a fixed shower head. You could buy a wall mount for about 20 euro at a hardware store to correct the issue.

Comments:A few minor items were in need of repair: a bedroom door knob, tub-shower water diverter, loose safety bar on tub, hair dryer plug adapter missing, cane chair seat broken, a beside lamp didn't work. The apt was very clean and adequately furnished. A couple more dining chairs would have been appreciated. Excellent location---we were able to walk to many areas, museums, etc. The apt was just like the photos!
