Comments:This apartment, while very comfortable, is close to a school. During the day, the noise level was considerable. However, evenings and sleeping time were not affected by this noise. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on in Paris. Plenty of towels. My only objection to the location--and we knew this in advance of the trip--was the need for many Metro rides into Paris. The neighborhood surrounding this apartment is quite nice with a variety of restaurants and shops within easy access.

Comments:The location was AMAZING! They arranged for someone to pick us up and take us to our apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice! The metro was a block away. Easy access to everything. They had fans for the master bedroom and a AC for the reset of the house. We didn't spend much time there but when we did, we were very comfortable. The wifi was needed and worked great. The Shower was the BEST shower we have ever had! I would recommend a fan for the other bedroom. The towels were the only thing we would change. They were acceptable but not absorbent. I would also recommend having the basic in the home like shampoo and condition, soap, etc. Those are items we did not think to bring with us and had to purchase. Not a major thing but would be nice to have them in the home when we arrived.

There are some good restaurants near the apartment as well which gave my family and me a good impression. Comments:Thank-you to VIP staff. When I booked this property I did not know Paris enough to know staying in Neuilly would be such a great option. we were traveling with 3 teenage girls, two daughters and a friend. This apartment was perfect and we loved the I don't know if it is mentioned anywhere but there are night light type light switches for the hallways and courtyard that I figured out. Before I figured out the hallway and courtyard night lighting I was walking through these areas without lighting.

Comments:There was some noise from the school in back, but it wasn't a bother in the evening. The WiFi was EXCELLENT. Thanks for the fruit substitute for the wine. Very thoughtful, appreciated and tasty. A bit dated, and cramped for our large group, but it worked nicely given our options. The hairdryer was missing - at least we never found one. The main switch for the hot water tank was OFF, and it took some sleuthing to find why we had no hot water. The washer/dryer worked, but better ENGLISH instructions would have helped. Fortunately, some previous Aussie guests left some helpful notes in the "house book" that we followed, but neither they nor we were sure we did it right. The microwave only grills, or else we didn't know how to operate it and found no instructions. And the stovetop/oven has balky buttons and needs better ENGLISH instructions. Just what I mentioned above. The VIP staff is AMAZING. I'm referring everyone I know to you if they need a Paris apartment.

Comments:A couple of very minor points. - The online listing implied that the apartment had separate washer and dryer, but it was actually a combo unit. I'm accustomed to operating a combo unit, so that was not a problem, but if we'd know it was a combo we'd have brought fewer knits as they take longer to dry. - We had to search the entire apartment to find the hair dryer in the nightstand of the second bedroom. Perhaps you could hang it from a hook in the cupboard containing the drying rack and ironing board? As I said, very minor. This is probably the best apartment of the 12 we've rented in Europe. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and quiet.

Comments:I have used VIP several times. Their service is great and the properties have been fine each time. I particularly like the location of the Property 110 as it is on the metro line 1, which runs along the Seine River and stops at many of the fabulous Paris attractions. There are also several convenient buses nearby, great restaurants, a great garden, a good grocery and my favorite patisserie - LeNotre. Having lived near property 110 in Neuilly Sur Seine, I feel it is the ideal location to enjoy all of Paris and surrounding areas. The only downside to the apartment is the two flights of stairs at the end of long walking days, though the additional exercise helps balance the many fine foods we consumed. The apartment very conveniently had free wi-fi and phone service to the U.S.A. The booklet contained helpful information, like an English speaking taxi service for example. I highly recommend VIP and this particular apartment.

Comments:The complimentary wine was not at apartment on arrival as we had expected/hoped. It was delivered the next day. We stayed in your Perfectly Parisian apartment in June 2012, in Neuilly-Sur-Seine. The location was excellent, just minutes from the Metro stop so that we could be in the city center in 25 minutes. Being outside of the center, the rooms were quiet, and the local people and establishments were not as tourist-focused. The rooms were very nice and the apartment was well-furnished. The shower was large and had plenty of water for a family of 5 - something that we seldom find when traveling abroad. Good grocery stores were a block away, as were some great restaurants - especially a Moroccan treat just around the block called Mogodan. We did find that the apartment is adjacent to a large school, so when the kids were out in the play yard by mid-morning, it could get rather noisy. But usually we were out touring the city by then, and it was quiet on weekends. When we return to Paris, we would stay in this unit again, and we recommend Vacation In Paris to others. The way that you handled the key (sent in advance) and instructions was very efficient. Thank you! P.S. You are welcome to share these comments with others

Comments:We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though this apartment was a little way from the "heart" of the city, everything was easily accessible with the Metro. We would recommend two nearby restaurants: Le Petit Village, about a block a way was pleasant with helpful staff, and Le Village de Neuilly across the road was excellent, with great food and very engaging staff. This is our second time using your service, and both times, we were very satisfied.

Comments:Hot water supply to shower was a little sporadic. In addition, the hot water service made the electric pilot starter noise every time it fired up, suggests that the pilot re-lighting mechanism a little trigger happy. A minor annoyance :) Bed linen and spare blankets (we used them because the quilt/duvet was too warm) were a little tired but ours at home is too so wasn't particularly affected by it. Bedding would benefit if top sheet was supplied so that it is easy to swap from duvet to blankets if required. We have stayed at this apartment twice and have been very happy with it both times. Thank you for maintaining the property so well and especially for redoing the wiring (first visit we had a few blown fuses). We will back!

Comments:Overall a great experience and we have already recommend the agency and apartment to others. Just a suggestion: we had some minor difficulty finding things close by (i.e. train, super market, post office, etc). Everything was close but it might be nice to include a small map in the welcome book with major places listed. We tried googling but had trouble reading french websites. It was a fantastic place to stay. Very lovely.

Comments:This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was our first time to visit Paris, and the location of Perfectly Parisian was just that, perfect. We were just a short walk from the Pont de Neuilly metro stop. This Line, number 1, on the metro takes you right to L'arc de Triomphe, the Tuileries Gardens, the Lourvre. It was very convenient. The Monoprix grocery store was around the corner on Rue des Huissiers, and it had everything! The best boulangerie/patisserie was also just blocks away at the corner of Avenue Sainte Foy and Avenue Achille Peretti. The apartment itself is tucked in the middle of a neighborhood block with a courtyard that faces the street. Therefore even though Avenue Charles de Gaulle is quite a busy street, we did not have any road noise at all. The apartment was very clean. I appreciated that the bathroom had been recently remodeled. It was wonderful to have a real kitchen and not have to eat breakfast and lunch out, as we would if we'd stayed at a hotel. We also got to feel like part of the Pont de Neuilly neighborhood by shopping and making a few dinners at home there. I would love to go back to Paris, and I would definitely stay in this or another VIP apartment again. It's the only way to go. While the old oak floorboards in the apartment are lovely, we were SO self-conscious about the potential for noise traveling to the downstairs apartment. We kind of felt like we had to tiptoe around so as not to disturb our neighbors. (who were probably in the south of France in August anyway!)

Comments:Somehow, the information about the apartment, we did not have, so we had to try the keys in all the apartments which made us and particularly our children highly stressed! we were all a bit sick, so did not drink the wine sadly, and had no space to take it with us!! the information about how to use the oven and cooktop were not great, and caused more stress and lugging the bags up the stairs was no fun, but otherwise it was fine, and the area was lovely and beds comfortable and shower great! the drawers in the kitchen were really grimey, and it just did not feel like it had been cleaned recently, but otherwise it was a nice apartment. thanks

Comments:We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were familiar with Paris so the location, area, etc. were just what we were looking for. The only challenge we had was that the internet was not working. According to the previous guests, they had the same issue a week earlier and neither the internet nor the broken coffee pot had been fixed. The internet was critical for us as both my husband and I needed to work while we were away. The area manager seemed rather nonchalant about the whole thing and would not commit to even having someone look at it within the first 24 hours. It wasn't until we made several calls (including an email to the VRBO office) that the situation was rectified. Otherwise, everything was great.

Comments:We absolutely loved this apartment. Neuilly is such a great neighborhood, and the apartment was roomy and well-equipped. I would have liked a couple of extra towels and some washcloths, but that was really the only thing missing. When we arrived at the apartment, we were early, and the cleaners could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage, and when we returned they showed us how to use the various appliances (a/c, washer and dryer). They were truly lovely. We have had an excellent experience with Vacation in Paris. Your office staff was wonderful to work with, and this apartment was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the agency, and also plan to book another property with you the next time we go to Paris. Thank you for everything.

Comments:This apartment was quite comfortable and spacious. My main complaint is that we were given one bath towel per person, no hand towels and no kitchen towels. There were two extra pillows available in the closet but no pillow cases (i went and bought two to be able to use the pillows). The place was quite noisy because they were remodeling the facade of the building and they hammered and chiseled all day long from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternon - but that is beyond their control. We have been extremely pleased with our dealings with Vacation in Paris and their Staff. Will definitely use you again. You are real pros.
