This is a wonderful large apartment, one flight up on the 1^st European floor (2^nd US) that has been completely renovated from bottom to top, finishing in June 2012.  The property owners are in the fashion business and love Paris - and it does show! They have thought out every detail, to ensure both their stay in Paris, when they come to visit a couple of times per year, and your stay is very comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends, separated by a grand salon which is a combo living room and kitchen area. It can easily accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children, with large comfy beds and the luxury of 2 full bathrooms!

This apartment is located in a bustling and vibrant area.  The owner has installed all double paned windows to help reduce noise, but some may still be sensitive to it . As the windows are large and plentiful, there is a good deal of light to make this feel open and even larger than it already is. The high ceiling have been stripped or ‘opened’ to expose the original wooden beams, dating back to the 18^th century.  One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and the WC, so it is private to this bedroom. The other bathroom is accessed off the entryway, and is open for all guests to use, with a shower, sink and WC as well. The second bedroom is quite large with plenty of closet space. It features two twin size beds that can be separate or pushed together, please specify your preference at time of booking, to form a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, with an extra thick mattress which is easy to use. Both the large bedroom with the twins/queen bed and the living room area feature an air-conditioner, to cool down for those few warm summer days after you have been out shopping so much!

The kitchen is open to the living area, and is accompanied by a large dining table for up to six people. The kitchen has all you need to cook or just reheat delicatessen items, and there are many great ones around! See below for amenities.

There are so many places within easy strolling distance; Notre Dame, Blvd. St. Germain and St. Michel, Cafes Deux Magots and Café Flore, the River Seine for boat trips and picnics on its banks, and of course, all the wonderful small bistros and cafes just outside your door. This apartment is next to one of the best shopping areas downtown.....rue Bonaparte and Blvd St.Germain, with top brand names stores a few steps away; Yves Saint Laurent, Max Mara and other top brand names stores are close to the apartment.
