Comments:This is a great place to stay in Paris! The perfect apartment for a short or longer stay. Fully equipped, comfortable, quiet and close to everything. We got in early in the day and everything was ready for us. Tania is a wonderful local manager. I can?t wait to stay here again. I am so happy I found Vacation in Paris!

Comments:I have been using Vacations in Paris for decades and this is one of the best properties I have been in. The meet and greet person was by far the most outstanding I have ever encountered. The highlight is always working with Jan from VIP who is the most responsive kind person who is always there to help in any way she can with a response time like no other company. The highlights of this flat were its location- center area of Marais with easy access to all transit and Uber is easily accessible right out the door. Every convenience is thought of in the apartment. If the stairs are too much to manage for some people the bed opens up for sleeping as well. Overall, an most excellent choice for a visitation work or pleasure to Paris.

Comments:Water heating was not functioning upon arrival but quick response from the concierge and owner and was fixed same day. Couldn?t figure out how to use the dryer setting on the washer if there was one and did not get a response from concierge

Comments:This is a fabulous property in a great location. However, we had a major issue with the stairs. We realized the bed was on the mezzanine but, perhaps naively did not realize we would need to go downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The stairs to the mezzanine we very steep and, to be honest, rather scary in the middle of the night. Also, the stairs to the first floor were a problem. We are generally OK with a property on the first floor, ie one level of stairs. However, the problem with this particular property was that the first 4 or 5 steps of these stairs do not have a handrail -- this is a major problem for me. Bottom line: this is a wonderful property with many lovely features and we would recommend it to anyone who does not have an issue with stairs. However, we would not rent it again because of the stairs. see above re stairs
