Comments:I loved this little place, and the neighborhood couldn't have been better. The view of the Eiffel Tower at night was magical. There was a fair amount of coming and going in the unit next door, but overall it was quiet. Tiny but really nice. I will be back!

Comments:My only complaint is that the hot water finish really quickly. But I was explained that this is because of the size of the apartment. Everything was great, specially Farook who received me in the apartment.

Comments:I stayed one week. A couple of days somebody, not in the building, played music very loud for one hour or two, which was a problem since I had to work during the day. The apartment was tiny, but miraculously designed for convenience except toilet/shower.

Comments: My only concern was that I couldn't get the hotplates hot enough to boil water for pasta! I love traveling solo, and this apartment was just the thing! Compact, comfortable, easy access an elevator, great location. I would happily rent it again!

Comments:I loved this little apartment. It was exactly as pictured. Everyone at VIP was helpful. The apartment is perfect for a person exploring Paris on one’s own. The location is ideal for museums and eating out or grabbing a bite to eat from nearby shops and relaxing in one’s own nest with a good book and a charming view over rooftops looking towards the Eiffel Tower. I hope to return!

Comments:I loved this apartment and the 6th arrondisement. Everything you need(supermarket, restaurants, patisseries, bakery, laundromat, liquor store and much more) all within 3-5 minutes of the apartment. Even the majority of the main tourist sites in Paris are within walking distance. In ten days I only took the metro twice. The apartment was clean upon arrival and the neighbors (those I actually saw) were friendly and no loud noise in the neighborhood except on Saturday evening you could hear music. Not unexpected based on what is located nearby. The view from the apartment day and night is wonderful. The apartment is "cozy" but plenty of room for one person. It is on the top floor of the apartment building(5th flloor, 6th in the US) and there is an elevator. However, if the elevator is not working this would mean a walk up several flights of stairs so just be aware. I would gladly walk up the stairs to stay here again.

Comments:Apartment is in a great location. It is small, but everything fits and works very well. Great view of the Eiffel Tower at night from the window. Very short walk to a couple good metro stops and several busy streets with restaurants, shops and bars. Bakeries, cafes, and a nice Irish Bar and Scottish pub close by as well. Absolutely can't beat it for the price!
