Comments:It would be difficult to find a better location. Bathroom was small but the shower was excellent. Very modern with plenty of hot water. Slept very well in the bed. Decor was great with stone walls and old beams. We had everything we needed. Many thanks to Debbie for helping me to find this rental and to Donna for getting it booked. Both of you were exceptionally helpful.VIP is a first class organization.

Comments:the apartment is in a wonderful location. the person responsible for delivering the keys was punctual and cordial. I would highly recommend this apartment for small periods in Paris. the only remark is related to the bathroom being extremely small.

Comments:This apartment was great, the location was perfect. Only real issue was the bathroom, it was too small. The distance between the water closet and the wall in front of the water closer was only 16-20 inches, too close to reasonable use the water closet. Only other issue was that there was no visual access to the street or a light well of any significance. We had a great time, we will be going back and we would stay in this apartment again. Perfect location.

Comments:Ironically, although I had never stayed in this property before - I had assisted a friend in planning her vacation 4 years ago and she stayed here. Basically, I recommended VIP to her and she in turn highly recommended Apt #305 to me. I am certain the cycle will continue because I would definitely continue to recommend this location to friends and family! Outside of this specific apartment, the team that assists in planning and booking the vacations are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. It is my pleasure to continue recommending your services to friends and family going to Paris.

Comments:This is a really nice, well-planned apartment in a magical location. That said, because it faces onto an inner courtyard, the sound within the building can reverberate. For the most part, however, it calms down late at night. There was an electric coffee maker, but the pot was missing. You all are the best. You're so thorough that you always put me at ease. I always know that when I rent from you everything will work out as planned. Thank you.

Comments:Bruno was very gracious in meeting us the day before we checked in to the flat. He gave us a little tour of the neighborhood, provided us with a set of keys, and then responded quickly when the book of 'house instructions' was missing and I needed help in operating the washer/dryer. I was very very grateful for the coded entry to the building; the automatic lights that came on upon entry; and the ease of entry. It was so much safer (I thought) than the flat on rue st andre where we spent the previous 3 nights.

Comments:The inside noise came from an upstairs neighbor when we tried to open the interior window for ventilation. Also, the washing machine was LOUD!!! The location was ideal.

Comments:Things were fine but if Few things could have been better 1. if possible would like second key- we didnt always want to go to same places and to corrdinate meeting to let each other in to the apt was problematic at times 2. was not clear that the window faces out to an air shaft not the outdoors 3. kitchen needed saute pan, cutting knife and cutting board 4. instructions to how washing machine works in English would recommend because the location was very central and the price good

Comments:Being on the Island was wonderful. Great location from which to explore Paris. The lack of a window that opened onto a street was disappointing for me. However, it was exactly as featured on your website. I would not stay there again because we like to locate in different places/neighborhoods each time we visit Paris to guarantee new experiences. My husband, who is an architect, was intrigued by the building.

Comments:I would love to give an excellent for the kitchen but only very good because the cooking pan provided was not for induction cooking stove. I have to use the oven for all my cookings. very nice place to stay in. it was a bargain for me rent it. VIP staffs were most helpful and friendly! Thank you guys so much!

Comments:This apartment is situated in a wonderful location - the neighborhood has excellent local shops and cafes, feels completely safe, and yet is wonderfully convenient to many major city attractions - the Seine is a half-block away and Notre Dame is a brief stroll. The narrow streets and historic buildings give the neighborhood a delightful "historic" feel. Overall, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The one caution we would offer concerns the bathroom. While well-equipped, it is exceedingly narrow. A person of average height seated in the bathroom will find his/her knees are touching the opposite wall. In order to approach the shower, it's necessary to edge into the room sideways from the bathroom doorway. We are both fairly fit and physically flexible, so we were able to adapt. However, anyone with physical limitations or lack of flexibility may find the situation difficult. Despite our comments about the bathroom, we would recommend this apartment highly.
