Comments:Perfect left bank apartment. The apartment was nice with almost everything necessary for a great stay in Paris. It was central to everything and had almost everything you would want for a great stay. The only complaint would be the bathrooms were a bit small (although perfectly appointed). The staff was helpful, the air conditioning strong and the appliances great.

Comments:My husband, daughter and her boyfriend had a perfect stay in this wonderful apartment. Clean, cool, comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms are indeed small - but the beds are great and the view from the balcony can't be beat. Perfect place for our family to call base as we roamed the streets of Paris.

Comments:High end apartment - quality furnishings, appliances, towels, linens etc. Bathrooms very small. Lift very small so ended up walking 90+ steps unless carrying luggage. As it was very hot we did not wish to dry clothes in washer/dryer. It would have been helpful to have a small clothes rack to pop wet clothes on when they came out of washing machine.

Comments:More towels should be provided. The TV doesn't always have a signal and sometimes hard to operate. This is the 2nd time that I stayed at this property and I would definately stay again.

Comments:Just a note about the bedding. We were 4 ladies and it would have been great if one of the double could have been a zip bed so that it could have been divided in to two beds (upon reqeust). I think you would get more families and parties such as ourselves if you provided this option. Otherwise the apartment was really great.

Comments:The apartment was spotless, great space, great location and amenities. If we have any complaints, it would be the couch in the living room. I realize that it converted into a bed, but, when used as a place to sit, it was extremely uncomfortable and fell off the frame. Not a big complaint, but it's nice to have a comfortable couch when relaxing and chatting.

Comments:We loved everything about your property. It was perfect for our family of five. We were very comfortable and our only complaint is that we could not stay longer. Our son was comfortable sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room but, the apartment would be great for two couples, as well. We would definitely try to book this apartment in the future. We LOVED the location and the view from the balcony. Just awesome.

Comments:There was an odor emanating from the toilet in the half-bath in the hallway. This issue is apparently known as there was an odor eliminating mechanism in it. There was also a problem with the phone, which we detailed to the property manager while we were there. Lovely apartment.

Comments:This visit is my wife's 9th and my 6th time to Paris. We've stayed in number of hotels and apartments in different districts. I have to say overall, between location and the property, this was by far the best experience yet. Location: The apartment is located on a great street corner (one block south of Blvd St Germain). Despite the close proximity, it was very quiet and quaint. Critical to the location is its closeness to the supermarket (Monoprix is located within 5 minute walk), which made the experience very convenient. The taxi stand and the Metro station (St Germain) are within 5 minute walk as well. The Bon Marche store is located about 10 minutes walk south of the apartment, and along the way are number of cafes and brasseries. Wonderful little restaurants are also all tucked along number of the side streets off of Blvd St Germain and I don't think we caught all of them. Overall A for location. The Apartment Common Area: Be aware fellow Americans......the only negative of the whole apartment is not the 5th floor locale, but the elevator. I am 5-9 and 160 lbs and I barely got into the cab with one rolling luggage. Needless to say I made a number of trips up and down. Beware of the sensitivity of the elevator. It is very touchy and you have to be very cautious in the use. The positive to this is that you will get a great workout walking up the stairway. Although narrow, it is a good climb up. Otherwise, the front door security leading to the vestibule for the secondary entry door is a great layout. Trash room is located on the ground floor and easily accessible. Lighting is good (although it is on a timer and needs to be manually switched on.) All of the common area, including the sidewalk are very clean and tidy. The apartment: What can you say? This is a great space! From the moment you walk into the living area/kitchen/dining area, there is plenty of natural light from the generous amount of windows. You will then notice the quality of the furnishings and appliances....all very high end. Kitchen appliances are of top notch stainless steel finish. Generous size refrigerator, ample washer/dryer and dishwasher. Plumbing fixtures are very clean and modern. Living room furnishing is a nice blend of contemporary and classic items. Very clean and usable. The couch also is a convertible bed and very roomy. The two bedrooms are good blend of comfort and convenience. The beds and the bedding are firm and clean. The HD big screen TV's in each rooms are very cool with ample selection of stations. The closets and drawer spaces are very generous as well. Note that the living room and the two bedrooms are also equipped with Bose ipod players. The rooms also have plenty of electrical outlets which is a very underestimated convenience. The bathrooms---bedroom 1 has a great bathroom with a large shower. (this one has a separate toilet); bedroom 2 has a smaller bathroom and a bit smaller shower but still very workable. The sinks are very stylish but with minimal counterspace, so be cautious on all of the toiletries in your arsenal. Lastly and most importantly, the apartment really feels clean. Whether it be the great hardwood floor, or newness of the furnishings and the appliances, for a quasi-OCD guy, this is a beautifully appointed apartment. All in all, this apartment was terrific! You really feel the care, love and the attention to details the owners took to renovate this unit. To the smallest items, it is wonderfully crafted. After a long day of touring, this is definitely a great place to come 'home' to in Paris. You can be sure that my wife and I (maybe with our two teenagers--- that's a whole different story) will be back to stay here again.

Comments:Our stay was just perfect for our time in Paris.Eveyrthing went to plan, just a little confusion at the beginning with regards to contacting Morgan 1 hour before arriving. I thought that was only if I didn't confirm our flight times prior to departure. Never mind, all ended up well. We will stay again.
