Comments:There was no laundry soap or dishwashing liquid which we purchased and left behind for the next guests (Normally we find that these items are supplied). There was no complimentary wine as promised. The bathroom door needs maintenance. It was very easy to get trapped in the bathroom.

Comments:Found it interesting that there was no French press coffee maker. We were looking forward to one since we had one at 3 different locations in England. Also found it interesting that since we were renting we were asked to be quiet after 9pm yet we were woken by others in the building arguing quite loudly at 2am a few nights. The location was great and overall we enjoyed the apartment. The guest book with comments and suggestions was very helpful. With traveling from the US maybe having a better explanation about using the combination washer/dryer would be helpful. It was good for washing but not drying; however the clothes rack was very useful. Again another person in the building liked to do their laundry around 1am. More towels would have been nice but weren't a necessity. And we would most definitely stay here again!

Comments:It turned out to be in an excellent location for getting around Paris, metro, attractions, and shopping etc. A few more utensils for cooking in the kitchen would have been nice, but overall ok. We appreciated the free long distant phone calls back to north america, to let family and friends know of our safe arrival. All in all we had a great time in Paris and dealing with VIP when arranging this trip was exceptional, thank you. Roger Galvin. I passed on VIP information to a friend, hopefully he will contact you in the future.

Comments:This was our first experience with renting an apartment in Paris. The space was a good value for the cost, and we were happy about that. The common space and small kitchen were fine for a short stay. Overall, our experience with VIP was great and I would recommend the company to anyone visiting Paris. I would also recommend this flat with caveats about items mentioned above. It is just best to manage expectations.

Comments:Location excellent for connections to metro and bus ( we used Arts et Metiers and Republique). We have previously rented apartments on Ile saint louis so this was a big change and quite a saving. The patisserie on Turbigo does not do its fantastic almond croissants on weekends! This needs to be fixed.

Comments:Cozy and convenient. The apartment was fine. However, the building entrance was not inviting. The steps up to the apartment were somewhat uneven and little "iffy" - particularly the plywood on the first floor landing (to cover holes?).

Comments:The apartment was clean and exactly as described - it was a delight. Our kids lived having their own rooms and the twin,comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The futon was perfect for my mother and our room was fine for the two of us (although it was a bit of a tight squeeze to get in and out of the bed). The apartment and building were both very quiet. The neighborhood/street were not our favorite aspects, though. And she we first entered the apartment building, we were a bit apprehensive due to the dirt floor and very poor condition of the stairs up the apartment. All that said, though, the apartment itself was truly perfect for us! This is agreat apartment for people with kids. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station tha goes to the major attractions, though, so bring your walking shoes :). Te beds were all very sturdy/firm and comfortable and the shower was a wonderful thing to have (because they a not always easy to come by!).

Comments:Fairly basic furniture, but beds are good. Dining with 6 people is a squeeze, but as a replacement for hotel rooms it is perfect. Add an extra dining chair and everything would be perfect.

Comments:A table top or cart to work on when cooking, not much space to work on food prep. We enjoyed the process on how VIP worked, and Donna was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We will use your services again and highly recommend VIP to others. Just keep on giving great customer service.
