Comments:Needed better instructions for the dryer. We were able to wash, but couldn't figure out how to change to dryer. I also could've used instructions for tilting the windows. We might have been able to keep them open at a tilt, but I wasn't sure how to do that. Also had a problem completely latching the bottom on the right side. Recognizing that we had record-breaking heat, the little air conditioning unit was inadequate for cooling at night. That's why it would have been nice to be able to tilt the windows open to get in the cooler night air. Overall, our experience in the unit was wonderful! The location was excellent, and we felt secure on the street knowing the gates were locked at night. An excellent experience for us!!!

Comments:This studio apartment is very aptly named, and is indeed a delight, located in the very heart of the incomparable St. Germain, steps away from cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, food markets, art galleries and antique shops, and within easy walking distance to major Paris landmarks. The apartment is easily accessible, well furnished, and well maintained. The sofa bed is a large and very comfortable queen size. A particular asset is the efficient new washer with a short wash cycle option. [Maintenance issues: We did not want to bother David unless necessary, and so we did not try to open the windows again after he had to lift one up to close it, but it seemed that it needed an adjustment if it were to be used regularly. Unfortunately, the A/C is vented directly to the back side of the windows which builds up quite a bit of heat, and despite wanting to be conservative, this "Catch 22" design, plus heat from the outside, forced us to use the A/C much more than we would have liked. Also, It has probably been dealt with by now, but there was a slight drip with the bathroom faucet and also there was a bottom fascia board on the kitchen cabinets that was not attached, and would fall if touched by the wheels when sliding out the dining table.] I have rented from VIP multiple times, and am always so impressed by all of the sterling office personnel who are so wonderful to deal with in every phase of the rental process. It is a world class operation with a small family business feeling of truly taking care of its customers and sincerely wanting them to have a great travel experience.. MERCI BEAUCOUP, as always!

Comments:The problems above were minor to us, but did need to be addressed. We spent very little time in the apartment and had a wonderful time in Paris. This location is wonderful and the apartment was fine for the two of us. Vacation in Paris was great to work with and we would absolutely book through you again. You were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Comments:The apartment is in the perfect location. Close to everything. If you do not plan on spending much time in your apartment this is the place for you. Close to the metro and all of the hot spots in Paris. I know that European Washer/Washer dryers are different than most Americans are used to,however I do believe it should be pointed out that your clothes will not be dry at all. It does not even do a good job spinning out the excess water. I would not

Comments:As an aging woman, I sometimes found it difficult to keep balance on the odd shaped and angled cobblestones on the walkway. Charming, yes,.... safe???? I am a reader and it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair. Space likely does not allow for this. I think that the service you provided with the detailed information was exceptional. and very much appreciated!

Comments:The bed itself was comfortable, but once we unfolded it for sleeping, we could not fold it back into a sofa. It appeared that a part was missing. We loved the apartment and especially its location and price and have recommended VacinParis to several people. I would suggest that the information provided to prospective renters in advance include specifics about the location of the Carrefour grocery stores nearby. It was a great convenience to have them available.

Comments:Even with the A/C on, the room temp was about 79- to 80 degrees. Compared to 72 degrees to Apt. ID 229 and it did not have A/C. other than fans. The comments from the party staying in the upstairs apt # 254 said it felt warm, especially the bedroom since the a/c did not reach that far to keep it cool. Would recommend this apatment, even though it is small, Its great advantage is the location. Very convenient ot the Germain District. Would not rent apt #254 in the summer. For taxi arrival and departure I would recommend using the address of 62 Rue St Andre des Arts. for either Apartment 253 or 254.

Comments:Perfect location on cute cobble stone pedestrian little street. It has everything you would want. Also the sleeper coach that makes into a bed is very , very comfortable. Firm just the way I like it. Also really like that it has toilet paper, paper towels , dish washing liquid and so on. Enough to start you out so you don't have to go store first thing when you get there. Appreciate the quick, professional and courteous service you provided.

Comments:Loved the location, quiet and convenient to all Paris activities. Kitchen was good for snacks. Unit was modern and well appointed. Phone and internet a plus. Would consider a 1 bedroom if I was going to spend a lot of time in unit. Overall it met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The staff at Vacations in Paris was very helpful, responsive and professional.

Comments:The apartment is newly refurbished and in good shape. However, the shower had no grab bar, nor soap dish. There was no place for bath needs and when I dropped the soap it was a goner for me. The cabinet over the kitchen sink is too high. The dishes we I was sorry to cut my stay short. It was the best thing for me to do and I think back fondly on my stay in Paris, but am glad to be home
