Comments:The apartment is located in a terrific area and offers easy access to the metro. The kitchen is also very nice with a very large refrigerator. The lamps in the guest bedroom were broken and the manager was aware of this prior to our arrival. We felt that these items should have been repaired prior to our arrival. The linens were also very rough and some were in poor condition. Our time in Paris was very enjoyable. If you have a group visiting, I would definitely recommend renting an apartment as it offers you the opportunity to visit with one another and also to eat in if you prefer.

Comments:We had problems meeting up with Joseph. We had to call back to the US to try to track him down. Once he arrived everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were unaware that we could only do one load of laundry a day, but managed to work through that.

Comments:It was noisy outside but only for the person sleeping in the sleeper sofa (which was very uncomfortable -- the beds were ok not great) the 2 hair dryers both blew cold air. That was frustrating as it was really cold outside that week too.

Comments:Too much unnecessary furnishing to clutter the place. We appreciate more space. suggestions: - Get rid of unnecessary furnitures - Use reverse cycle split air-cond system. It is economical to run, located overhead & render heaters unnecessary, & s We have a enjoyable time with the apt., which is well located, handy to public transport, warm & inviting. Will recommend to fellow travellers

Comments:Hi we also were in 227 so both res # 36228 and #36227. Both apartments were fantastic! the use of the 2 together was wonderful for our family of 4 adult children and a few significant others. The little pizza place at the front door was fantastic and the owner/manager was very friendly.

Comments:My initial impression was the apartment was a notch below "luxury" and the prior tenants left the place in disarray. However the cleaning and prep was very done quickly and professionally. The location is very good for access to RER and metro and to keeping weekly guests entertained with nearby options. Overall very good experience and value.

Comments:Overall we loved the apartment. It was cozy, charming and well appointed. The neighbourhood and location are superb and we would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again. We also saw the apartment next door and would book it if we went with a group. We do have a few constructive comments: the shower in the master bathroom did not work properly ( the shower heads dribbles luke warm water and we ended up using the shower in the second bedroom), there is mold on the master bathroom bathroom drapes, the linens were OK but towels were cheap and stiff. The common areas of the building are in pretty bad shape and give a very poor first and last impression. I will be providing a second review on apartment # 71 which will not be as positive. Apartment 226 is an example of a very well managed property. I think that the manager of #71 should take lessons from the manager of #226.

Comments:My husband and I, along with my sister and niece stayed in the 2 bedroom Latin Quarter penthouse apartment in September and loved, loved, loved it! The location was great, only 3 or 4 minutes from the metro stop, and surrounded by cafes, with access to Notre Dame. The apartment was spotless, well organized and we had everything we needed. The apartment manager, Joseph, met us as planned, plus organized return transportation to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. And the wireless access in the apartment worked well, and made the stay stress free. The entire transaction, from booking, to arriving, to departing was easy and worked perfectly!
