Comments:My roommate and I alternated our sleeping arrangements weekly. Since I slept alone, the bed in the bedroom was great; however, had I been sharing it with someone, it would have been very crowded. The sofa bed was another matter; it just wasn't that comfortable. I loved having the half bath close at hand, though. Linens and towels were plentiful and passable, but not particularly appealing to look at or use. The towels, especially, were quite rough. I did, however, like the duvets and comforters. I do have some additional comments concerning the noise level. Most of the time it was quiet inside the complex. Only a couple nights was there enough noise to be bothersome and it didn't go on too late into the night. Someone, not sure whether they were inside or outside the complex (with the echo it's hard to tell) was doing some kind of construction work. The noise, hammering, drilling and sawing, started around 8:00 in the morning and went on for several hours a couple days. Fortunately, we were out of the apartment by mid-morning most days!

Comments:The mattress on the sofa beds are too thin. I rectified this by taking the mattress from the unused sofa bed and doubling it up on the one I slept in. Loved the little hide-away bathroom in the living area. It was extremely convenient. It is a fantastic property and we had a wonderful time! Guests need to know that the trash is controlled by the Property Concierge and is only open at specific times. Fortunately, there are public trash cans out in front of the grocery store down the street. Too bad I don't speak French and can't tell the di

Comments:The apartment is located in a wonderful location. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Rue Cler is two blocks from the apartment. We ate at Le Petit Cler several times for dinner. It is a favorite restaurant for the people who live in the neighborhood.

Comments:We loved this apartment. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for me and my 70-something parents. Not having to deal with stairs or an elevator made this just perfect. Easy access to lots of great boulangeriea in the neighborhood made for wonderful breakfasts, and between the 69 and 28 buses all our transportation needs were met. Would be happy to stay here again.

Comments:We were generally very pleased with this apartment in all aspects. The only ding might be the quality of the linens. Also toiletries, although I am not sure the rental agreement included them. The inforamtion about the neighborhood was welcome, but cold have been more inclusive. This request for feedback wsa sent to Robert Jones, who is a travel agent. The actual renters were Kim and Susan Bottles and our 13-year-old granddaughter. Consequently, his e-mail address should not be used for references. But ours may be: Kimbottles@msn.com

Comments:The bed was a little bit small by American standards, but was comfortable. We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is fantastic-within walking distance to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. There are several local grocery stores where we were able to stock up on necessities, and a bakery just a few doors down Rue St. Dominique. We also very much enjoyed nibbling our way up and down Rue Cler. This was a fantastic trip, and the apartment allowed us to experience the visit in a way that we wouldn't have been able to if we'd stayed in a hotel. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Comments:It was a little crowded for 4 people. Since the bedroom was so small there was no storage for unpacking. The closets in the living area were nice, but difficult to get to when the beds were unfolded. The extra bathroom was convenient and a very clever use of space. We were never able to get the phone to work. The location was great! The information we received before arrival seemed very negative. I understand that some tenants can be inconsiderate, but it didn't make me feel particularly welcome. This instruction, "Our apartment rental does not include concierge service; please refrain from calling the contacts unless you need assistance with the apartment," made it feel like we would really be on our own in Paris. I'm sure it is in response to bad experiences, but maybe there is a more welcoming way to say it. (We provide a folder with recommendations, etc.) Also, if someone is coming in to clean before the next client, it doesn't seem too much to ask them to empty our trash for us. (And maybe put away clean dishes from the dishwasher?)

Comments:We were very happy with the apartment and its location. Even though they were doing renovations in one of the other apartments, the workers were very considerate. One small thing - in the information about apartment 203, the bed was stated as queen sized. This did not seem to be the case to us.

Comments:The apt. was nice. very good kitchen for Parisian standards. need a dutch oven for cooking since it seems most people that would rent this flat would take advantage as we did of cooking meals. the bed was very bad. it is an outdated futon that brought back memories of decades ago and the bed linens, although probably clean seemed aged and soiled. as a student this would have been acceptable but as an adult and given the charge we paid, I would expect a better bed. we did enjoy the apt. and surprisingly the washer/dryer unit worked very well vs. my experience in the past with French combined washer dryer units. we enjoy using this company and hope they appreciate our honest feedback; as seasoned travelers we understand that when traveling abroad one may not always have the same creature comforts as at home, but that is what makes traveling fun.

Comments:The apartment was a good size for 2 people and in a great location. We loved having a nice kitchen and used it daily. The dining area could use a brighter light. The worst part of the apartment was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Several people commented about this in the Guest Book. I would definitely stay here again if the bed was updated. I'm not sure if I would otherwise. The instructions we received said to leave the sofas covered to prevent staining. We didn't find any covers.

Comments:Completed enjoyed the apartment & location, made our stay that much more enjoyable. This was our 1st apartment rental in Paris (anywhere on vacation), and we will certainly rent again for stays longer than 5 days. Our only critique would be the bed (somewhat low) and the pillows were like lumpy pancakes. If you could correct those matters, everything would be perfect. The kitchen amenities were spot on; I would also recommend providing coffee filters for the coffee maker (to me it's similar to having cookware available as you do). All else was exceptional. Thank you. The rental process was easy and your staff was very helpful. We will use your agency in the future as well as refer our friends. Thank you.

Comments:The bathroom got a low rating only due to the huge mold problem in the shower ceiling. The bathroom is a wonderful space. There weren't any tea towels in the kitchen, but the other linens were acceptable. This is a quiet beautiful apartment that was wonderful to cook meals in a well appointed kitchen. We have rented in the seventh before and enjoyed this apartment a great deal. It can be dark getting back to the third building even hitting the lights as you go- some may be happier with a small falshlight late at night. This area is safe and your fellow French tenants were very friendly.

Comments:The kitchen is great - only reason I gave it a lower mark was because 98% of the halogen lighting is burned out and it was that way when we stayed there almost 7 mo ago - time to fix it guys !!! ( p.s. it's not the bulbs - it's the fixture) None the less This apartment is just wonderful! Rue St Dominique, Rue Cler, the Camps de Mars and Tour Eiffel are all right there! A true Parisianne neighborhood feel with the comfort of a modern, quiet and roomy apartment. The kitchen was very well equiped and we thro

Comments:My only non-tens, since we thought it was absolutely marvelous and would certainly recommend it to a friend: I found the neighborhood was a little less lively than other areas where we've stayed, for instance, the Marais, and it was a little harder to find late-night food and activities than that area; and I felt surrounded by more tourists than I have been in the past as well. But for many people, the nighttime quiet, I'm sure, would be a plus. It is certainly a safe, attractive area where it's not at all difficult to speak English, which for Americans, especially, is very helpful. And the price was not frighteningly high, just not low for the apartment - especially with the second bathroom, which is SO wonderful. It's a very clever use of space, as is the rest of the apartment. I adored the apartment and we actually spent more time there than we might have, since it was such a lovely place to be. Beds were very comfortable - especially the pillows - and the set-up worked just fine for me and my daughter. The master shower and the kitchen granite are gorgeous...set a tone of luxury; the space is so masterfully handled we found we had plenty of room to move around, even with our extensive luggage. One note - I never did figure out how to turn on the alarm in the bedroom. I could set it - but couldn't figure out how to turn it on! Didn't matter, since we had three other alarm variations due to phones and watches.
