Comments:The apartment was well located at the Pont Neuf, an easy to walk to many main attractions and metro lines nearby got you anywhere else The Eiffel Tower could be seen day and night just out our front door. The bathrooms are very small but adequate and we always had hot water for showers. Kitchen is small too but very well equipped and easy to work in. I have trouble using steps, but the staircase up one flight was no problem. The property manager could not have better he went out of his way to make our stay as wonderful as it was,, his assistant the same. I would definitely stay there again as would my traveling companions.. Vacations in Paris is an excellent company, so happy to find it!

Comments:The location cannot be beat and having 2 br and 2 baths makes this a property to recommend. The information provided about the apt, access and paris ahead of time was very good. All communication ahead of time was handled very well.
Upon departure, the cleaning person arrived early a little after 9:00 am. which did make us feel rushed to leave. As we were not heading directly to the airport, we had not planned on vacating until the 9:30 check out time.

Comments:The apartment provided us with a very Parisian experience. The apartment was ready just as promised and we were able to store our bags at 930am until we returned. We were very pleased with the neighborhood and location was superb. We recognized the location from the first Bourne movie. We were unprepared for the small bathrooms and particularly the small shower stalls The AC and washer/dryer worked very well. We figured out how to work the tv with the two remotes. IT was a great apartment for a family with grown children as another reviewer noted. Thanks again for making it available for a very memorable vacation. We were very sorry to lose the key. Thank you for the very professional and prompt service and resolution

Comments:The bathrooms were quite small but everything seemed to work well. It took us a while to get the hang of the instant hot water. Unfortunately, that did not seem to supply the water to the bathroom the girls were using and they did run out.
The floors have imbedded dirt. Walking around in white socks, the soles were dirty quickly and that was on day one!

Comments:The Kitchen shade or curtain was missing. there was hardware for a shade or curtain, but it was not hanging up. There was a street lamp righ outside the kitchen window that that we could not block out at night. This would have been more of an issue if someone was sleeping in the living room.
The mattresses on the beds were thin and firm. The quality was probably similar to a 2 star hotel. This was fine for us, but might be worth mentioning for someone who is expecting a more comfortable mattress. The heat and hot water worked well.

Comments:Location was fabulous to all we wished to access and see while in Paris. I have noted in previous communications the apartment met our needs, however the covering on the living room furniture didn't appear to have been cleaned recently, several light bulbs had burned out and the towels in the bathrooms may be ready to retire. Slight noise heard from street one nite, but overall fairly quiet. Would return and give much higher rating if areas noted above were addressed. None and appreciated the convenience and roomy interior of the apt.

Security (2 coded doors plus multiple locks on apt door). We felt safe enough to leave our teenagers sleeping in the room while we went out for a late dinner.

Comments:The apartment was perfect for our party of 5. We used the pull-out sofa for our one of the adults and it was comfortable for the them. The beds were likely the most comfortable beds we slept in during out travels in Europe. When I called to ask for a late check out, the manager referred me to a car service which took us to the airport. I would have loved to have this contact prior to our arrival in Paris. I would have called this service upon our arrival.

Comments:I think the apartment -- two bedrooms, two baths in the center of Paris -- is a good value. At least for us, however, it was not inexpensive, and for that reason, I decided it probably isn't out of line to mention that it would have been nice if the litt We used the kitchen, which is well-equipped; i think we both thought a brighter light, or an additional light, would have been nice for older eyes like ours. But we loved the pet shops flanking the front door and the constantly changing Paris scene on the Siene

Comments:We found the unit to be in a great location. The biggest downfall of the apartment was the bathrooms and kitchen. In one bathroom the shower screen opening was less than an A4 in size, we had to take one of the shower screen doors off for one couple to be able to get into the shower. The showers also kept stopping and you had to hold some sort of valve/button in to get a continous flow of water. The kitchen dishwasher did not work and we had to be careful when trying to get access to cutlery as the contains would come completely out and fall ontop the floor. The internet worked intermitterly and we gave up on the TV. The blind in the kitchen kept falling down and the owners had put a sign on the side of a cupboard advising if we used the blind and we unable to get it backup we would have been liable for the cost of repairs. If it had been fixed it would not have been a problem. Linen provided was cheap and well worn. The unit was in a fantastic location this was its only saving grace. I believe you should have a floor plan of all of your units - many other letting agents. It would have made it easier for us to decide if the unit meet our requirements. For what it was I felt the cost of the unit was excessive, but in fairness the location may have contributed to the cost.

Comments:We enjoyed the location of the apartment and it was spacious enough for our family of 4. The air conditioning was helpful since there aren't screens on the windows. The biggest drawback was that we had issues with the hot water and the sink in one bathroom. The appt was otherwise charming and the location was superb. The info book was very helpful as well.

Comments:The position is excellent and I loved being right opposite the Seine.
Our big problem was that the Wi Fi did not work well.
It did connect however the speed was very poor and it frequently would drop out.
I felt this was false advertising as the apartment was advertised as having internet access. In fact It was a huge nuisance to me and time consuming as I am a widow with 4 teenage children.(we were on the way to visit my late husbands relatives) It was impossible to connect with any of the websites outlined in the information book and it was impossible for me to update my travel card on line and other financial matters. We did find occasional public Wi fi which was much faster but we did not find many of those.
I contacted the manager Joseph about this as outlined below but the problem was not resolved.
Also the dishwasher was not working- I have a photo of the note inside it-and I was surprised there was no attempt made to fix this as We were there a week. I am a landlord myself so I give you this feedback for constructive reasons.
The lack of useful internet was a big downer for us.
I had booked the apartment months before and had saved up for our big holiday - I found the rent expensive.
I did not think that it was my job to look for the glasses as I have enough to do with 4 teenage children but I did look for them.
On a positive note the showers were great -the friends that had reccommended the apartment had problems with the showers so that had been fixed.
On the whole the location and apartment is great and the internet and dishwasher are easily fixed!

Comments:The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but then they usually are not so I guess that is to be expected. The only other issue was the very fragile condition of the blinds in the kitchen and the difficulty in putting them up and down. It was necessary to have them down at night because of the HUGE light just outside the kitchen window that shone on those sleeping on the sofa bed. The blinds need to be replaced so they function properly. Otherwise, the apartment was great. And, we loved the location.

Comments:It seemed that we needed one more set of towels, but we made do. Other than that everything was better than expected. The book of helpful hints was helpful. It was fun to look back in the guest registry to read of others experiences. That was how we found the supermarket. Your directions on how to get into the apartment were perfect. The details were so helpful, in that we arrived in Paris in the dark, I would definitely use your service again for that apartment or another in Paris. Do you have apartments in other European cities? I used other internet services before I found yours. It was by far the easiest to navigate, understand, book and use. Thank you.

Comments:Overall, the apartment was outstanding and on our next visit to Paris we would have a hard time wanting to stay anywhere else. The one issue was the plug on the wall by the big counter in the kitchen was not working -- which made making coffee/toast difficult since we had to set the appliance up on a chair in the living room next to the sofa. Was it a big deal? No! But it was something you should be aware of.

Comments:The appartment in Paris was in a great location, near the Seine, easy walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, The Shakespeare Book Company, metro and bus stops, and many other interesting places. I did complete an evaluation form and leave it at the appartment as there were a few minor repairs that needed attending to, but can't recall what they were now. The curtains were a little old, and kept coming off the tracks, and the second bathroom small, but overall we enjoyed staying there. The neighbours across the lane were friendly and entertained by our Australian/French language. I would definitely stay there again as it was a great area to be in.

Comments:My wife really liked the apartment, and she thought the kitchen was well equipped. WE both thought the location was great, and we felt very secure there.
The water heater was very temperamental and the showers took endless fiddling to get to the correct temperature and presented a very real safety risk especially with the children because the water could go from warm to scalding hot in a second. Definitely unacceptable from a safety perspective. The property manager had a crew in taking measurements for a new heater, but he had his crew there just as my wife and kids were arriving from the USA - so whilst I was out at the market, my wife had to let in a crew of men just as she and the kids were settling in from their journey. The property manager was very nice about it though, so this was just a minor issue. Overall a great time though. Looking forward to our next stay (in August in Dordogne).

The only problem was with the hot water - we couldn't always get it hot, and with the cable - we couldn't find any english language channels as advertised. The late checkout was really nice as we didn't leave for CDG until 12:30. Also, the transport service you recommend is very good. Can't wait to return. The fact that the keys are delivered before you even leave is one of the best aspects of your business. So nice to arrive there and be able to get right in to the apartment.

Comments:There was no dishwasher; the TV seldom worked in a coherent manner;the basin in at least one bathroom was remarkably small; we were not advised how hard it was to unlock and open the apartment door until a French friend came to our rescue;the owner's(?) written comments about French attitudes and manners were pedagogical in the worst sense of the word and quite simply did not apply to most of the Parisians we met. The apartment was well located and suitable for the four of us (our daughter and her 3 1/2 year old joined us). But we found the makeshift air conditoning very odd and the mechanism in the living room fell apart. Better not to have it at all!

Loved the refrigerator, washer/dryer, and having two showers. We had trouble figuring out the phone system, despite your extensive instructions. Also, the 5-key on the phone seems to be malfunctioning. You have to press hard about 3 times before it will register. Comments:We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and staying in the apartment was like "living" in Paris. It was the highlight of our European holiday. We would recommend it to friedns and hope we can return. The wine was very lovely, enjoyed it ! Kitchen tap needs attention. Eventually we worked out the phone system but it took me half an hour before I was able to figure it out. The sound of the dial tone in France is like an "engaged" sound or "dissconnected " sound in Australia. perhaps that would be worth mentioning in the "how to " instructions. We didn't really neeed to watch television so can't comment on that. We arrived on a Saturday evening and rushed out to find the supermarket but missed it by 5 minutes. It would have been so good to have the instructions and opening times left out for us as we then had to wait till Monday morning to get to the supermarket. But we survived anyway and it was all an adventure.

Comments:The inner court yard was noisy with washing the garbage containers although i believe that this was necessary along with washing the court yard. I do wonder if it could have been done a little later than 630 or 7 am . on the outside were the group (about 7 or 8
) city employees who had so much fun collecting the street garbage. A one time event was the stamping of the street with bike paths using heavy equipment at 1am. It felt that the house was coming down. When will you branch out to Italy????
