Comments:thank you for everything! the only downside is the late check in fee of 100 euros. that fee really does not make sense, the person who let us in already lives in the building or very close. There truly is no reason why travelers/tourists who arrive late should pay a fee that exorbitant. The delays in the flights happen a lot, and you should be more lenient. other than that, everything was very good. We would come back :) It would be really nice to lend the guests a Paris pratique guide with metro maps and transportation details in it.

Comments:A counter height dining table and dining chairs (to enable one to see out the window at that amazing view!) would be a real plus. A small floor lamp (like a drafting/drawing/architect's table light, but on a floor base) or adjustable wall sconce lights would be welcome in the small bedroom. This apartment with its 180 degree unobstructed western view of Paris is a gem. Great place for families with small children. Location: right across the street from Luxembourg Gardens. Comments:Location! Location! This is an excellent apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter directly opposite the Luxembourg Gardens and with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Close to the train for direct access to the airport and Metro, supermarket, restaurants, bars, local markets in Rue Monge and Rue Mouffetard and a boulangerie all close by for the total Parisian experience. We walked everywhere and found the neighborhood very safe. The apartment is small but quaint and suited us just fine. We had calls from the property manager to check all was ok which was very nice of her. Would stay here again and would now always use VIP for any future visits to Paris. The service from initial inquiry to booking and arrival of keys was first rate. Thanks again for helping make our stay exceptional!

Comments:The property was really well located, but the decor and furnishings are dated. A little updating of the decor and furnishings would bring in a better rent, and I think most renters would be willing to pay more for a nicer looking property, given the handy location. The view of the Eiffel tower, especially at night, is great...

Comments:The location of this apartment was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk from Metro & Velib. The beefed up front door with multiple locks gave us confidence to leave our laptops and Ipads in the apartment whilst site seeing during the day. There was a lot of deferred maintenance in the apartment and apartment building (I have photos if you would like to see them). The living room did not look like the photos due to an extra couch placed in the room along with bedsheets covering both couch

Comments:This apartment is in an excellent location! It is across the street from the Luxembourg Gardens, there is a metro stop (rer line) on the corner, and there are many cafes and shops nearby. The view at night of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! The kitchen is very small but worked just fine for us. We loved going out in the morning to buy fresh croissants and quiche and bring them back to the apartment. The front bedroom is on blvd Saint Michel so there is some noise from traffic. We have been to Paris several times but this was the first time we rented an apartment and we really enjoyed it. Vacation In Paris was an excellent company to work with smd we will definitely use them on our next visit!

Comments:We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a fabulous location and we felt we experienced life as a Parisian during our stay - a welcome change from hotels. The view from the apartment is magic and it was perfect for a family of four. A list of supermarkets and food shops would be helpful to get supplies on arrival.

Comments:The sleeper sofa in the living room was pretty much shot -- at least one slat was broken. Still not the worst sleep, but it ought to be fixed/replaced soon. In general the apartment was comfortable for a family group including teenagers; the location was great (Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon) and the view of the Eiffel Tower can't be beat!
