I must especially thank Debbie who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient; she helped me to narrow down my options and meet my location and financial preferences. She made the choices clear and the decision easier. I cannot rate her service too highly. Many thanks. I spent many weeks researching rental agencies both in Paris and stateside and chose VIP because your terms were simple, straightforward and clear in contrast to most. I would recommend your agency to anyone.

Comments:The bed was a pulldown bed and not as convenient or as comfortable a as a traditional bed but the apartment was small and the sofabed suited. The kitchen was very small and overcrowded. Having said that though, we were happy with the apartment. We felt that everything was more than adequate taking into account the cost of the apartment. We were happy with everything. I just can't say that the bed and kitchen were anything more than acceptable. The apartment was very comfortable and home-like. No, except to say we were very happy with Vacations in Paris. Everything went to plan and our key deposit was returned to our bank account very promptly after our departure from the apartment.

Comments:The location of this apartment can't be beat. 1 block from Place des Vosges. 2 blocks from 2 Metro lines. A few block walk to the Seine. The Marche Bastille on weekends. Plenty of eating options close by. I would definitely stay here again. It's a nice size for 2 people - 1 person sleeps on the couch bed and one on the pull out. There is a kitchen off the bathroom but its a little small for cooking. We made use of the fridge area in the main room however to store water and fruit. There is wireless internet and a tv Since the apartment is on the ground floor, leaving the windows open overnight isn't advised. The courtyard is secure, but just to be safe you keep them closed. This makes the apartment a little warm in the summer when we were there but it should be fine in other seasons.

Comments:We had a great time in Paris and really enjoyed the apartment. We did notice that some of the silverware and dishes hadn't been washed and were placed in the cupboard. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it. Other than that the apartment was great and the owner, Maria, was awesome!!! Thanks for the apartment! Had a great time in Paris!

Comments:The noise came from foot traffic in apartment above during the night. Unfortunately, this was not just on the weekend when people might be entertaining late. I am not sure the level of noise would disturb every renter, and silicone earplugs were sufficient to deal with this. It was a surprise as all the other apartments I have stayed in have been very quiet, and not enough to deter me from staying in the apartment again.
