Comments:I think that this apartment wouldn't suit everybody. There is a flight of stairs after the elevator. And a tiny spiral staircase to the deck. (After hiking on some pretty scary routes in Switzerland, this wasn't an issue for us.) After a long days of sightseeing, we really enjoyed our wine on the deck. (It was also good for drying laundry.) John Senior, the Paris contact, was very good in getting us settled in.
The only suggestion that we have is: the curtain on the door/window is very hard to slide open. Perhaps if some tiebacks were installed,
they could be used.

Comments:There was noise on the weekends from the restaurants, etc., but not too much.
There was strong cigarette smoke smell in the toilet area, through the vent, which came from workmen renovating an apartment below. It was only there during the day while they were working. All in all a very nice little place. We did not use the rooftop patio very much due to rain, and the inconvenience of carrying food and drink up the spiral staircase, but the views were great.

Comments:The best location we could dream of: I was able to walk everywhere with my two children, return to the apartment for meals and still go out in the evening. A well equipped kitchen: we saved hundreds of pounds on meals as the restaurants are really expensive. I could only suggest maybe to get a small kettle too because the coffee-making machine was a bit fiddly for a quick cup of tea. I would have also found it helpful to know if the tap water was safe to drink in the apartment(we just had to assume it was as

Comments:Overall the apartment is fairly good for its price and location. It's 8 minutes walk from the Louvre and Jardin Des Tuileries, so it is a really good choice for the exhibitors at Premiere Classe during the Paris fashion week. I think the flat needs a bit refurbishment, or at least supplies two heaters during the winter time. In addition, the old and getting-hard linens should be replaced.

Comments:The only thing wrong with this lovely studio apartment is the lack of washing machine. Would love to stay there again

Comments:This little apartment was perfect for us. There was a lot of street noise, but we have experienced street noise in almost every large city we've stayed in! That's why we have earplugs. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to experience the rooftop terrace as much as we would have liked. We would definitely use Vacation In Paris again, should our travels bring us back to Paris. I recommended you to some friends who I believe are staying in one of your apartments as we speak!

Comments:Elevator inoperable except for the day of arrival and the day of leaving. Would have been a problem schleping suitcases up/down six flights.
View from penthouse was wonderful!

Comments:The balcony was an absolute delight and it was great being able to get outside and see up to Sacre Coeur . Given its location, it is value for money particularly being in the centre of town. The studio was as we expected from the photos, cute and very serviceable. The neighbours next door are extremely noisy coming in at 3-4 am most nights and then having arguments or using really loud voices which woke us up. As renters we were very surprised with the expectations of us re noise etc but this didn't seem to apply to them. I feel it would be a kind gesture to have a small amount of milk in the fridge with the tea /coffee so that on arrival, when one has had a long plane trip that you can have a cup of tea/coffee before having to go in search of supplies. Also a week's suply of toilet paper wuld be appreciated as this is a basic commodity which could be included in the weekly rent.Just little things . John Senior was very helpful too and it was good having someone to call if things didn't work.

Comments:the apartment was not marked as which of the door s was the correct one. There were 120 steps up to the 6th floor, this was noted as we had to climb them as the elevator did not work 1 whole day and then again on Easter weekend for another day and one half. There are also no instructions on the phone such as how to access messages. I would only recommend this apartment to some one younger. I also did not realize that there was no bedroom. Both bed in living room. It would work for family members but two couples might have problems Yes. If the owner would spend some money on the apartment it could be charming for two people only

Comments:Overall we had a very positive experience. It was my first time in Paris so I do not have knowledge of other flats to compare against, but this did not disappoint! There was supposed to be cable TV access, but we could not figure out how to use it. The access card was present, but perhaps not paid? It could be that we just didn't know how to use it, so I would suggest leaving instructions in the apartment for those not familiar with the system. It wasn't a big problem (we didn't go to Paris to watch TV!!) but it would have been nice to tune into the news every so often.

Comments:It would have been nice to have an alarm clock. Also the toilet moved every time it was sat on. The info I received before hand said that there was ABC, CBS, and NBC tv stations. They were not available. Internet service would have been nice too. [NOTE The apartment now has Internet service]
