This one bedroom Paris apartment offers a superb location in the 7^th arrondissement in Paris. This vacation apartment is unique in that it offers two separate and private sleeping areas each with its own bath - half bath and sink in the bedroom and full bath with tub and shower off the living room. Each room has its own entrance so two couples or families can enter or exit without disturbing each other. Located on the 1^st European floor (2^nd US) the apartment is furnished with an American queen sized bed and a double size high quality pullout couch, a kitchen with stovetop, microwave/grill oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishes and pots and pans. A flat screen TV with cable is provided with CNN and BBC in English as well as French stations. Included is high speed Internet access with Wi-Fi to keep in touch with friends and family along with free calls to North America. There is also a radio/CD player for when you're home relaxing from your busy day sightseeing.

The apartment building dates back to the early 1800's. Due to it's close location to the Eiffel Tower, it was used to house some of the workers that built the tower in the late 19^th century. At that time only one bathroom served the three floor building.  Now, of course, all the apartments have private bathrooms. This apartment has a floor space of 37 m² (@400 ft²).

The neighborhood offers shopping, dining, and many sightseeing opportunities. It is easy to access all areas of Paris from the nearest metro stop at Ecole Militaire. Within walking distance be sure to visit the Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides with Napoleon's Tomb with the War Museum, and the Rodin Museum with the famous garden of sculptures. For those who enjoy a pleasant stroll, the Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, and Notre Dame can be reached by following the Seine river.
