The Trendy Loft has been totally renovated and is one
of our newest Paris rentals in one of the most popular
 areas
of Paris- the Marais. The heart of the Marais is yours to discover
with many galleries, shops, cafes, and picturesque streets each
offering something for everyone whether it is window-shopping, dining,
or art. This completely renovated 70 square meter apartment offers
location, space and upscale amenities for the discerning Parisian
vacationer. Just 2 minutes from Arts et Metiers Metro, sightseeing all
of Paris is easy. You will be at home in your neighborhood with all
types of food stores and numerous restaurants within walking distance.
It is a 3 minutes walk to the Pompidou museum and an easy stroll to
Place des Vosges. Although there is no elevator the apartment is just
two flights up via the wide sweeping staircase.
The charming owner has showcased her artistic gift in the décor of
this entirely renovated and decorated apartment. It is surely the
ideal pied a terre for a visit to the Marais. You will certainly
become one of the visitors who return to this area in future visits to
Paris. The second bedroom is a 12 m2 sleeping alcove (no
door) off the living room area with a double fold down bed (see
animated photo illustration on photo page).
Equipped with double paned windows the apartment
rental offers quiet comfort for 4 guests. Enjoy cooking or bring home
take out to prepare in the large kitchen with a dishwasher, induction
oven, microwave and refrigerator freezer. There is also a washer dryer
combo plus Internet and free calls to many destinations. The TV has
both BBC and CCN to keep you connected to the latest news. The large
bath offers both tub and hand held shower plus there is a separate WC
with an additional washbasin.
By the way we also offer another property in the same
building - a large one bedroom for a total of seven persons – which
can easily be rented in conjunction with this apartment (see
id 177).

This apartment was the most charming/interesting environment we
could have hoped for. It was a joy to be surrounded by the art
pieces and collectible furniture. I was really a highlight to have
this apartment to return to at the end of each day. We are a family
of artists and we really appreciate the owner's eclectic aesthetic
choices in furnishing the apartment. It was "high end" kitch and
post-modern...completely charming for us. We talk as much about the
apartment as we do other aspects of our Paris experience! We would
choose to stay in this apartment again and again if we could.
There was a plumbing leak (alleged leak, claimed by the downstairs
apartment residents below us), but we used the provided phone
numbers and were gratified by the immediate attention provided. The
owner herself came to the apartment the next day to check on our
situation. She was very charming and gracious. If anything, it just
made us appreciate this rental even more, knowing we would be taken
care of should something else go wrong.
This was a minor incident
and the quick response cleared up any concerns we had. And we
enjoyed meeting the owner.
I think your rental agency is extremely professional and
comprehensive in preparing us for our use of the rental apartment.
Everything was as we expected. The apartment lived up to, and even
surpassed, our expectations from the views and information online.
If only we could rent this apartment every 6 months or so, that
would be great! I would absolutely use this agency again, and this
particular property over and over.
