This is where you want to stay if you want to feel like a Parisian and not a tourist. Located near Parc André Citroën in the 15th district, this modern park is built on 35 acres on the old factories of the Citroën automobile plant next to the Seine River. Now luscious and green, you’ll find expansive lawns, themed floral gardens, water features and two greenhouses. This is also where you’ll find the tethered Ballon de Paris balloon so you can float above the city for some great views. The metro is just a short walk to whisk you to any part of the city that you desire, and it's just a 14-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
This apartment is located in a mainly residential neighborhood, but close to everything that you’ll need including cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment building is modern but welcoming with lots of greenery and flowers. It was designed in 1975 by French architect Bernard Zehrfuss, who received the Grand Prix de Rome award in 1939, and also designed CNIT at La Défense and the UNESCO Paris building. As you enter, you’ll be welcomed to a large, light and bright home. The living area will be directly in front of you with parquet floors, crisp white walls and a large sliding glass door leading to your balcony. Here you’ll also find a comfortable place to sit and relax after a long day exploring the city. Cable TV with English channels will keep you up to date on the local weather and news. On the balcony you’ll find a couple of chairs to sit back and take in the views…you’re in Paris! Next to the living area you’ll find a den area, which also acts as a third bedroom with a double Murphy Bed.
Next to the living area is the large kitchen with a tile floor and a large window so you can take in more green views. It’s stocked with everything that you’ll need for your stay, including a dishwasher, 4 burner stove top, oven and all the kitchen tools to prepare a great meal after your local shopping trip.
Both of the bedrooms have a queen bed that overlook a quiet courtyard to ensure a good night’s rest. You’ll also find space to store your belongings.
In the first bathroom you’ll find a bathtub with an attached shower, pedestal sink and large mirror and a WC with white and brown tiles. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower with attached shower and a large vanity sink – perfect for the ladies to do their hair and make-up. Finally, there’s a separate WC and sink in the hallway for easy access for all.
