Comments:The courtyard noise seemed to be a result of the loud bang when the outside door to the complex was closed, something that happened from early morning through the evening. Perhaps something could be put on the door to muffle the sound. The other source of noise was people throwing bottles in the recycle bin. This could also easily be fixed. We have rented from Vacation in Paris several times, in different neighborhoods, always an excellent experience!

Comments: The reason for "very good" on the kitchen was simply the faucet. It was a little bit loose and we were worried it might be breaking underneath or something. Other than that it was a super deluxe kitchen.

Comments:Didier and Michelle were the consummate hosts/owners of this Marais Apartment. I cannot begin to say enough about how they thought of everything that would make a visitors home away from home a wonderful experience. Their graciousness and response time are absolutely the best that I have found in renting any flat or apartment. The surrounding neighborhood offers an array of activities, museums, restaurants, transportation. It is the perfect setting (full of charm and culture) that assures one an unforgettable time in Paris Nothing else to add

Comments:Michelle is an outstanding g host. The accomodation has everything one requires to make it feel like home. The kitchen equipment and utensils are exceptional. The location of this apartment was fantastic and easy to get around Paris. There are a number of Pasteurise close by as well as coffee shops and restaurants. We really loved the accomodation tremendously. We would definitely stay there again.

Comments:I have rented apartments from VIP for years. They are the consummate professionals. The question regarding noise outside building is only very temporary and is due to beautification of the courtyard of the building Frannie the housekeeper was also most gracious.

Comments:While the apartment was very clean, the interior of the building could use a cleaning and fresh paint. The bed us quite small. I'm 5'7" and it was barely long enough for me. I was acceptable for my wife (5'3") and me but I wouldn't rent to a larger couple. The couch in the living room converted to a bed but we didn't open it. The courtyard was in the process of being torn up. Fortunately, the double glazed windows kept the apartment quiet.

Honestly, everything has been as advertised and beyond. Michelle was one of the best parts of this rental, what a fantastic, knowledgeable and responsive host/owner!
