The apt is very quiet, especially due to its last floor advantage.

The neighborhood is a highly coveted upper end area, where you can walk to the gorgeous gardens/museum of Rodin, or over to the Luxumbourg gardens. You can also stroll down the expanse of the Invalides corridor, or just a 10 minute walk to rue Cler area with all its shops and boutiques!

While certainly clean and tidy, this apt has some “well-worn areas” that give that ‘old world charm’… it is not new or modern. We think it is a comfortable apartment, but it is not ‘fancy’.
