Only 5-6 minute walk to; the Military School, or Champs des Mars gardens/Eiffel Tower, plus several dozens of restaurants from inexpensive all the way to Michelin Star cuisine within the immediate area, (my recommendations are available for you to consider…). This sophisticated and animated neighborhood on the left bank is very central and will allow you to experience a true residential Parisian living in elegant settings. When locating in Paris it is important to be in an area which offers easy access to the splendid bakeries, cheese and wine shops, boutique chocolate stores and a fresh produce/flower markets.
