excellent location
A lovely one bedroom
apartment located in the heart of the historic Marais quarter of Paris
– a wonderful area whose narrow streets are dotted with former
aristocratic
 residences mixed with art galleries, museums, fashion
boutiques and quaint restaurants and cafés.
The ultra modern Beaubourg Centre is two steps away and a five to
ten minute walk brings you to Notre Dame and the Ile St. Louis.
The Louvre and Champs-Elysées area are a short metro ride away. The key Hôtel-de-Ville metro station on the main #1 line is
just a three-minute walk from the apartment.
Fantastic bakery, cheese, produce and food shops are conveniently located nearby.
Located on the 5th
floor (with elevator) of a pierre-de-taille (stone front) turn of the
century building, the 40 m2 (430 ft2) apartment looks out on a
courtyard and Parisian rooftops and is very light and very quiet.
High quality, tasteful furnishings add to the charm and comfort.
Comfortable,
tastefully furnished two room living area with desk for
workspace, and telephone and television with cable channels.
Sofa bed will sleep two.
Large armoires with plenty of storage space are available
as well as other storage in the entry hall.
An extendable dining table can seat up to six.
Free
broadband Internet access available by either WiFi or Ethernet cable.
The
apartment can sleep four and includes a living room with sofa bed,
a dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen, renovated bathroom
with bath and shower, separate WC, and bedroom with queen size
bed. Local telephone
service and cable TV with major international channels are
included. Quality
fresh linens and towels will make your stay an enjoyable
experience.

We found the
apartment in a great location, wonderfully furnished, and very
clean and neat. We loved staying there. Linens and towels were of
great quality and clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We
liked finding a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. Nice
touch!

Everything you need - ID #72
Our stay in Paris in November was wonderful thanks in great part
to the hassle-free service of Vacations in Paris and an apartment
with excellent value, presented in an impeccably clean condition
with everything we needed. The apartment had simple furnishings
but we really had everything to make our stay comfortable. The
location felt safe and it was right next to restaurants, small
grocery stores, the metro and an apple store. That is not to
mention a few blocks from Notre Dame and other points of interest.
I would recommend this apartment as a great alternative to a hotel
and would definitely consider returning.
