Sleeps 6 in Superior Quality
ID#71
Steps from Rue Montorgueil, Paris's most famous market street,
a marvelously large, light-filled luxurious two-Bedroom apartment
in a classic 18th century Parisian building.
Pass through a large iron gate on the street and a cobble-stone entry and ascend a centuries-old stairway (there is no elevator in this classic 18th century building) to the third floor, where you enter a spacious, light-and-air-filled apartment. Solid oak floors covered with Turkish and Moroccan rugs underscore two large salons with 12-foot ceilings surrounding an extra-big kitchen, demarcated by revealed, restored 18th century wood beams, of black lacquer cabinetry and the best Rosle accessories and appliances. The sound system carries music through the entire apartment (and can be modulated in each room). Two bedrooms with queen size beds, each bedroom with its own luxurious full bath, a step-down tub in one, an oversized shower in the other, and both with large towel warmers. This apartment is light-filled, with six large windows, all graced with flower boxes filled with ivy, lavender, and herbs.

This property's glory is as much outside as in. It sits in the
2nd arrondissement, directly above les Halles, one minute from the rue Montorgueil, Paris's most popular market street. Montorgueil is lined with many markets and Parisian food shops,
fruiterers, cheese stores, bakeries, butchers, fish mongers, flower sellers. Go and wander on Saturday and Sunday morning, have coffee with friends and watch the Parisians doing their food shopping, and then indulge yourself, bringing your fresh lettuce, baguettes, Camembert and
Morbier, and a Chardonnay that caught your eye back to your own Paris apartment for a home-cooked dinner. Try out the lovely restaurants just minutes away such as la Table Ronde and Bon2. The metro station is less than one block away, but you could spend a week in the Market Street Apartment and not use it once: the breathtaking Place des Victoires, for some seriously fabulous designer clothes shopping, is a five minute walk, and the Louvre is about 10-15 minutes by foot from your home in
Paris. This apartment has a floor space of 130 m2 (1400
ft2).

Good Morning,
I am just following up to confirm that the key to the apartment we
rented in Paris was returned successfully?? I posted it about 10 days
ago.
The apartment was amazing…. Everything we were hoping for and more.
The location is fantastic and the area is very quaint and convenient.
I will most certainly be recommending it to all of my fab friends!!!
Thank you for your professionalism.
Kind regards
Lisa P., Sydney, AustraliaWe have just spent
a few days in the Crème de la Crème apartment (77 rue d'Aboukir). We
have had a lovely time.
The apartment was wonderful! We have a family of five and we had
plenty of room. The apartment was clean and well kept. Martine was
great to us. She gave us lots of tips on what to do in Paris. We have
stayed in apartments in London, Rome and Paris over the last few
weeks. The Crème de la Crème was by far the best! Thank you for ending
our trip on a high note!
Cristy P. Santa Barbara, CA Ideal location,
and if anything the apartment was even better than the pictures made
it appear. A perfect space for our group of friends. (Note, another
group traveling with us reserved one of the other apartments on your
site, and we all agreed that the Crème de la Crème was, indeed, the
crème de la crème!) Thank you again.
