upscale Latin Quartier Studio is located in the center of intellectual and student life in Paris. Within
just a 5-minute walk, you will find Notre Dame, Ile St Louis, the Boulevard St
Germain, Boulevard St Michel and the Sorbonne, the oldest university in Western Europe. Bookstores and cafes can be found to suit every taste and budget.
A comfy 23 m2 (250 sq ft) studio, beautifully renovated and furnished in August 2003. Located on the second floor (third floor American) of a rare
17th century townhouse in very good condition. The wooden beams and brick floor add to the historic atmosphere. The apartment looks out over a large and quiet courtyard.
This is the perfect spot for a romantic stay for two, but can also accommodate three with an additional folding bed.
A new convertible sofa opens into a comfortable queen size bed. Plentiful closet space for storage. TV, DVD player
and stereo system.
Rue Domat is a small and quiet street which features a general store and an Internet café literally next door,
and laundromat around the block. The thrice-weekly Marché Maubert, an open air
street market, and the shops around it, are just a block away.
The Quartier Latin is the centre of intellectual and student life, so bookstores and restaurants of any style and price abound in the area.
For the comic book collector, there are many shops in the area, which specialize in comics.
Major monuments such as Notre-Dame, Ile St-Louis, Boulevard St-Germain, Boulevard St-Michel, la Sorbonne are within
a short 5 minutes walk. The location is so central that they are 3 or 4 metro lines within a 300 meter radius (including the St Michel station of the RER train to Versailles).

This was truly an experience and a half especially after all the health problems we had along our trip, but nothing was too much trouble for all the staff at Vacation In Paris, they all went that extra mile and we have nothing but praise for both the owner and his wonderful son Nicholas. and was so lovely to encounter this which made our troubles a little more bearable at the time. We would
definitely recommend anyone wishing to visit Paris to use the same
accommodation process, we will be returning and will hopefully get to stay at same
apartment. the Romantic Quartier Latin. Thanks to everyone again.

The apartment and location was
terrific. We didn't make use of the kitchen (too many great places
to eat in the neighborhood!), but it was a great place and the
information was wonderful.
This location was perfect with everything in close range that you
could possibly need. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. We
enjoyed having our own little neighborhood and place in the
neighborhood. Vacation in Paris personnel have been a dream team
to work with and I would highly recommend you to anyone.
