Live like a true Parisian in this art-filled, lovingly restored 19^th century family home. Sunny and cheerful, with hardwood floors, rooftop views and skylights, the apartment is spacious (80m²) with three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven people. Located on the top floor with an elevator, the double-glazed windows on the street side keep it peaceful and quiet.

No disappointment, Apartment 52 is exactly as advertised by VIP.
Apartment 52 is located a short block and a half from the Parmentier Métro stop, on the top floor of the building, bright and spacious and had all the appliances that I think one would need. We were extremely satisfied with all the amenities (including no additional charge for internet access) and the pleasing character of the apartment and the surrounding neighbourhood and the rate that we paid was good value.

You will not be disappointed with Apartment 52 if you have realistic expectations and you will be so grateful for the service offered by Vacation in Paris. The apartment looks just like the website pictures. The information binder prepared by the owner about the area, the "house rules”, the restaurant suggestions, the location of grocery stores, the local farmers market and the appliance booklets was great.

I can't complement the service offered by Vacation in Paris enough. It is so nice to be able to call toll free and speak to somebody directly that speaks the same language (ie. North American), located in same time zone, that is extremely knowledgeable about the apartments that are available, acts directly for the property, immediately responsive, hospitality oriented and so forth. The process from initial inquiry, reservation and confirmation was quick and easy. The web link for information about Apartment 52 after the reservation was specifically tailored and was very effective.

Staying in Apartment 52 enhanced our trip since it was a great place to stay at and conclude our first vacation in Europe with our young adult and teenaged children. We have previously rented vacation homes and apartments in Canada and the United States and this was our best experience with a vacation property and their representative. I gladly recommend Apartment 52 and the services offered by Vacation in Paris and my only disappointment is that Vacation in Paris does not serve other European cities.

This apartment was the best of the places I stayed in Europe during my last trip. The apartment is exactly as it appears on the photos. The coach is a huge pullout bed and sleeps two (2) large adults comfortably. The linens and the apartment were very clean. Do not be surprised if you are approached by the neighbors upon your entrance to the building and are quickly told that they would appreciate it if you were quiet. Although this neighborhood is not at the center of Paris attractions, it is very close to two (2) metro stops which take you anywhere in Paris. I believe the owners have amenities that are perfect for Americans such as a coffee maker, a waffle iron and satellite television. There is also wi-fi and a printer available, which helped me, confirm reservations and check in for our flight home. It was well worth the money!
