Located off  the living room is a cozy dining alcove that can accommodate up to six people. The green and yellow paint scheme and the original furnishings highlight the stylish art deco decor period. In the bedroom you'll find two art deco bedside tables and a cupboard and in the living room are paintings and a buffet- all dating back to the 1930's.

The kitchen is well equipped for light cooking with a electric stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a clothes washing machine (no dryer). Also in the kitchen is a toaster, two types of coffee makers- an automatic drip coffee maker and a coffee press, tea kettle,  plates, cups, and utensils necessary for up to six people. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, and shower. Each room is electrically heated. The two windows in the apartment overlook an open courtyard. This apartment has a floor space of 35 m² (380 ft²).
