The Eiffel Tower not only glows a warm golden soft light at night, it also dances and sparkles with thousands of diamonds and stars lighting it every night, providing a spectacular show you can enjoy from your living room or on the terrace!

This is a large handsome 95 m2 (1020 sq ft) two bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. It is in a gorgeous and immaculately maintained building that is set directly on the gardens of the Champs de Mars… there is literally nothing between you and the gardens and Tower. From the second floor elevation (with elevator), you have a canopy of trees outside and flowering gardens all year long. As an added bonus, the passing river-cruise boats that light up the night sky as they make their way up and down the river Seine will dazzle you.

This special home features a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a second bedroom with a double size bed. The bathroom area has been remodeled in February 2012 and now features two new full bathrooms. The master bedroom has one full bathroom, en suite, with a shower, vanity, large mirror and the WC. The second bathroom is between the two bedrooms and has a large bathtub, with combo shower, a vanity and WC. This second bathroom is accessed from the hallway that joins the two bedrooms. Both tastefully decorated bathrooms are new as of February 2012!

The recently (2010) renovated kitchen  kitchen is quite complete having an oven, microwave, a four burner stovetop, and dishwasher. If your stay is more than just a few days, you will be glad to know there is a separate washer and dryer as well, with easy to read/use instructions for you.

Extra high ceilings grace this beautiful apartment, with long flowing tailor-made curtains that outline the many large windows. As the main salon (living room) is the highlight with its eye- full- view, the several large windows actually wrap-around in semi-circle to expose even more of “La Grande Dame en Fer” (French nickname meaning the great iron lady)…

There is a separate dining room with a table seating four people, located just off the kitchen area. This is a prestigious neighborhood, very safe as well, however the building has provided excellent security. The area is very active with so many visitors coming to see the most recognizable of Parisian landmarks. Your apartment has double paned windows and is peaceful and quiet assuring a great stay and sleep.

If Dom Perignon exclaimed “ I am tasting Stars!” the first time he drank his creation of champagne, then here you can not only taste the stars but see them dance on the lightshow of the Tower…! We can assure you will be thrilled with its spectacular show and if we need to say it, - yes you will get an “ eye-full” of the Eiffel Tower….

The kitchen has been fully renovated (Oct 2010) - everything is new! Brand new is: an oven, a stove top (4 burner induction-type), a large dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer, and clothes washer and dryer (separate units, not a combo type). This kitchen and fresh foods from the local shops will make cooking (and eating) a real joy and the new modern kitchen looks great!

This special apartment is only meant for one or two families travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property owner's requirements.

This apartment is going through renovation in ‘stages’. We feel it is very comfortable and in an excellent upscale location. Throughout the apartment, the floor is mostly parquet, which has not been refinished and polished for quite some time. It has several small permanently stained areas. The outside small balconies (several of them) are maintained by the building and are not 100% clean or new looking (will be painted again sometime in future). While most furniture is very comfortable and of good quality, the dining room table, chairs and sofa (sofa-bed) are basic. There are several electrical receptacles which do not work but there are enough that do function properly. The radiators for heat are older and have not been painted for a while.

This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time. Sorry, no children under age 6.
