On the 3^rd European floor (4^th US) with an elevator, this 33 m² Paris vacation apartment (@350 ft²) features high ceilings, numerous windows, an open kitchen plan and a mezzanine that many youngsters will delight in! As of April 30, 2012, this property can sleep up to four adults and a child with 2 adults on double size bed in bedroom and 2 adults on a sofa pull out bed in living room and a child or young adult in the mezzanine sleeping area that is accessed by a ladder. The apartment faces out to a quiet courtyard area, which is quite large, so no neighbors’ right next to your windows. It is adorned with some greenery of trees and shrubs and is very pleasant to view out on. It has been renovated last year, and is in very good condition.

You are almost directly behind the world’s most famous Impressionist’s Museum… the d’Orsay will take no more than 5 minutes to walk to, and just cross over the river to the Louvre, only 10 minutes away as well. You have many wonderful shops and restaurants around, plus a leisurely walk to all of St. Germain. In fact, just about everything is a comfortable walking distance from this apartment - The River Seine only 4 minutes, the island Ile de la Cite is about 6 minutes, Blvd. St. Germain about 5 minutes, and since you are in between the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame, each of these is only a 15-20 min walk away. Location, Location, Location!

The kitchen is open and small, but with good counter space. It provides all you need for light cooking or re-heating with a stovetop, microwave oven/grill combo, coffeemaker and kettle. Plenty of dishes for all. The bathroom has a good size shower, sink and the WC. The bedroom is large with a small desk at the side of the bed, and has 2 windows. The living room has a double size pull out sofa bed. Please take careful note of the picture of the upper mezzanine crawl space: while it has a large double size mattress, it is not meant for everyone. The access is via a sturdy wooden ladder, hook-on type, and it does have a wooden railing for protection, along most of the length of it. However, the access space to crawl in and out is reduced and only measures about 2 feet. So children and teenagers cannot be too young or old, to use it and sleep there - we recommend from 8 to a max of 19 years old. Likewise they must be carefully supervised when using this area.
