Rue de l’Exposition is a great little side street, just a couple minutes walk from rue St. Dominique and where US President Obama took his wife to eat at the picturesque Bistro “la Fontaine de Mars”. Within only a few minute walk there are superb bakeries and grocery stores, not to mention the whole rue Cler area with fresh fruit and vegetable stands, plus Crepes and Cafes deluxe! This property has under-gone extensive renovations, and is owned by one of our long-time cherished VIP owners of another property, which is actually only about a 5 minute walk away. Located off the street and on the ground floor, this charming petite one bedroom provides all the comforts you desire and accommodations for up to 4 people. The bedroom is separate and features a queen size bed. In the living room, which is open to the kitchen area, there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults. It is exactly the same type of sofa bed as in ID#120 (the pictures of finished apartment not yet ready). The kitchen has a high bar-counter with 4 stools. It has an under the counter refrigerator/freezer unit, a 2 burner stove and a combo microwave-grill as well. The bathroom features a large shower, plus sink and the WC. The bathroom is located off the living area, with easy access by all. It features an all natural teak wood floor. Another deco-feature of the apartment is that one entire wall has been painstakingly chiseled and carved out to expose the original bare rock wall, a very nice creative touch! The building dates from the time the Eiffel Tower itself was built (c. 1889).

The apartment faces out to a small courtyard and being on the ground floor it has special security shutters for your peace of mind (although Paris is a very safe place). There is a flat screen TV, high speed Internet, Wi-Fi and you can call several countries for free including North America, Western Europe, and Australia.
