The luxury Paris holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in a building from the 19^th century that was originally an “Hôtel Particuler”. In bygone times, these were private mansions that were enjoyed by the few of wealth who could afford this luxury. The other side of the building, a 2 ème Renaissance style, offers views of Parc Monceau. This parc was originally built as the private hideaway of the Duke d’Orleans at the time he was the richest man in France. You will also have the luxury of having a spacious terrace with two amazing stone staircases giving access to the garden and to Parc Monceau itself through a private gate!

This vacation rental property was entirely renovated in 2009. With ceilings of 4.5 meter high it used to be the reception rooms and salons of a “Hôtel Particuler”. It is comprised of an entrance with a monumental mirror, which marks the heart of the short term rental property and accesses all the rooms.

The living room is decorated with woodwork pieces, an original marble fireplace with a large gold mirror where rests a bronze statue of the myth "Léda and the Sawn" and an original bronze and crystal chandelier. You will be able to relax and drift away by listening to music with the stereo system or share this special moment with your family and friends on the phone with free calls on fixed lines to many destinations including North America and Australia.

The main bedroom is breathtaking with mahogany woodwork and a fireplace decorated with three paintings from the romantic inspiration. You will find a queen sized bed (20 x 160 cm), a Sony flat screen TV of 80 cm (32 in) and a DVD player.

Both living room and master bedroom have direct access to the exterior terrace through original grand double doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cook top with hood ventilation system, dishwasher, coffee machine, large refrigerator with an ice cube maker and many cooking utensils.

The ground floor bathroom is decorated with walnut woodwork and is equipped with a walk in shower, Miele washing machine and dryer.  There is a separate WC convenient for all in the hallway.

On the mezzanine level of this Parc Monceau luxury vacation rental is the second bedroom with a pair of twin beds which can be made up as a king size bed (200 x 180cm) on demand, a 50 inch Samsung flat TV, DVD player with over 2 dozen films. The bathroom is en suite and has a bathtub, sink and WC.

This special Parisian vacation rental apartment is only meant for a family of four or two couples. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property owner's requirements.

This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time.
