Everyone will really enjoy this area, as it is right in the middle between the touristy Eiffel tower zone, but also if you head out the opposite direction, you have a great ‘true Parisian neighborhood’. You are very close to transport, with the metro being only a 2-minute stroll from your building. Many restaurants in the area, either ethnic like couscous, or traditional French Cafes and Pubs. Don’t forget that the whole expanse in front of the Eiffel Tower is a huge Park and Garden area, with many sports activities, or just sitting to people watch on benches and even on the grass/lawn.

This is a lovely one bedroom apt of 36 m² (390 sq. ft.) in size. it can comfortable sleep 4 adults, plus even a fifth person on a one person sofa pull-out. It is on the first floor (up one, stairs only - no elevator) and faces out on a courtyard, (and not a noisy street). It has a separate kitchen which includes:  gas oven & stove and microwave as well, a good size refrigerator and a  clothes washer with a drying rack provided.

The living room has the large sofa bed - the smaller single sofa sleeper is located in the bedroom - plus a large flat screen TV. There are large windows which face out to the courtyard. Each room of this apartment is separate; the kitchen can be closed off and there is an entry way which also be closed off from the rest of the apartment. Each room has a window, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom features a teak floor and a bathtub/shower combo. The WC is located inside the bathroom.


This is a wonderful area, with the transport so close by, and many restaurants to choose from. Of course you can easily walk over to the Eiffel Tower and the gardens that surround it. There is even a twice weekly open-air Market laid out right in front of your building, under the elevated metro line 6.  Its fun to visit and take pictures of all the fresh produce, butcher stands where they even name each of the chickens out on display (Charlotte, Francoise, etc…!).

For up to 5 people, this apartment presents true value and is in a very good location, easy to get around to many sights… !
