The location is ideal, with metro stops just around the corner and easy walking distance to so many of Paris’ central attractions: The river Seine is only a 3 minute stroll; Notre Dame and the 2 islands only 8-10 minutes from the apartment and from there St. Michel and the Latin Quarter just a few minutes more…. In fact you can wander over to the Place des Vosges in under 6 minutes and don’t forget to visit the beautiful St. Paul church and the Marais neighborhood, just a couple of minutes away from you. For those Antique lovers, rue St. Paul has several great stores and anyone will appreciate the wide selection of bakeries, specialty cheese shops, chocolate shops and even a flower shop which sells only roses just around the corner!

With a generous 40 m² in size (430 ft²), this apartment has a separate kitchen (just after the entry door), a large salon with 2 windows and the old exposed wooden beams that separate the dining area, plus a bedroom with another window. All windows face out onto a lovely courtyard, which is very quiet and have double-paned treatment to ensure a restful stay for you. The owners have invested a lot of time to select just the right furniture pieces, with thoughtful decoration and elegant surroundings. The apartment is in excellent condition and will be enjoyed by even our demanding travelers. This Paris rental in on the second floor (two flights up, no elevator).

There is a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, plus lots of closets for you. The dining room separates the bedroom and living room and has an expandable table which can accommodate 4-5 people. The sofa-bed in the living room actually conceals 2 twin size beds, which can be arranged completely separated or can be formed together to make another Queen size bed. The bathroom is off the bedroom, with a nice size shower (rainfall overhead shower head), large sink, towel warmer and WC.

Beautiful hardwood floors grace the apartment, a library of books and a flat screen TV compliment the Salon. This apartment boasts several refined furniture and decorative pieces, all solid wood with flair of elegance. The kitchen is very complete (off in its own room not completely open to the rest of the apartment) and features; not only a microwave, but full size oven, a 2 burner vitro-ceramique stovetop, a large frig and freezer, plus a window to the courtyard as well, which is pleasant to open all summer long while preparing meals….The washer/dryer combo is top of the line Miele brand.
