These owners currently have 2 other VIP apartments in the same area: ID #48, the Luxury St. Sulpice two bedroom rental and ID#129, the St Germain - Luxembourg Treasure one bedroom Paris rental.

This apartment is only a 1-2 minute walk from the other two properties they have listed with VIP and can be rented together to accommodate more people.

This is the heart of Left Bank Paris at its best…. nestled in between St. Germain and the Luxembourg Gardens. This spacious two bedroom and two bath apartment can easily accommodate up to six adults, with several bedding arrangement options: King or Queen size beds that can be requested to be split into four (4) separate twin size beds, plus the comfortable living room Queen size sofa-pull-out bed. How great to be right in the heart of Paris, surrounded by so many special places and the ease to saunter to so many major attractions, monuments and of course great restaurants! The famed Boulevard St. Germain is only a few minutes away, with the 19th century Artists’ haunts like Café Deux Magots (say Ma-go), and Café Flore, or you can visit the hauntingly beautiful St. Sulpice church - avid fans of the Da Vinci code will no doubt recognize this destination!. And within easy walking distance you have the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens for relaxing strolls and sun-soaking summer afternoons…

With a large bedroom on either side of the apartment (great privacy) the property features an extra large salon that has an open kitchen with an innovative high-counter eating/gathering space. All the rooms are air-conditioned, with individual controls for each bedroom or living room. There are extra large tall windows that allow in a generous amount of light and which all face out to the pedestrian street below. The owners have spared no expense in installing triple-paned windows, which provide excellent sound insulation and do block out most of the sounds from the pedestrian street below. Our first guests have reported that while they do hear some sounds of activity, it is tolerable and is not a problem for sleeping or relaxing. The windows can of course be kept closed at night as your apartment has air-conditioning. This is a lively area of Paris with many establishments staying open late particularly during good weather.  Light sleepers should be warned that it is not for them!
