This lovely 6th floor studio, compact but well equipped and newly renovated in a contemporary style, is just steps from the Centre Pompidou and the shopping facilities of Les Halles. Lively restaurants, cafes and bars are in abundance as soon as you set foot out of the door. Once inside, however, the studio is quiet and peaceful, overlooking a large courtyard. The building has a secured entry and 2 elevators.

Situated in the in the heart of the city on the edge of the ancient Marais district, it is within a few minutes walk of many of Paris’ most famous sights including Notre Dame, the islands of the Seine, and the Musée du Louvre. The gourmet food shops of the nearby rue Rambuteau are some of the best in Paris and local street-markets including the famous rue Montorgueil provide for all your culinary needs.

The studio is fully equipped for light cooking, has cable TV, a phone for incoming calls and secure wireless Internet. At 20 m2 (about 215 ft2) it is most comfortable for a couple. However, if you have children and don’t mind a bit of a squeeze, there are two very nice folding floor mattresses available which can be stored out of the way during the day. For those hot summer days there is an air conditioner.

Amazing location and a nice little apartment. Too small to spend any real time in but a great base for getting around and seeing the sites. We will use you guys again for sure. Thanks again.

This is a great studio apartment for a couple who wants to be in the center of it. Right next to the Pompidou and close to main train lines; Bastille, Louvre, and other great areas within walking distances; and with all amenities just around the corner, the location was superb. We found great restaurants nearby, such as the vegetarian/vegan Le Potager de Marais. Excellent cuisine!
The apartment was clean and quiet, and had everything that we needed for our 4-night stay. Extending our reservation for another night was very easy and thanks to VIP for providing a landline that we can call to the US for free, which is very convenient. Loved it! And will definitely be staying again.

Very comfortable for two people, modern, simple, great location. All you need for light travel. Would be nice to have more than one towel per person for a week long stay.
