Massive exposed wooden beams form the magnificent ceiling, which is over 15 feet high in this 135 m² (1450 square feet) apartment. There is the original marble fireplace next to the bar (decorative) near the entryway. You can entertain and dine at the stunning centerpiece of the room, a gorgeous hand made solid wood table that can accommodate 8 people. There are also two large sofas in this area, which can accommodate all Guests to relax and relate the day’s stories and tomorrow’s plans.

The complete kitchen has been modernized and features stainless steel appliances and back-splashes and has most everything you will need.

An adjacent island-counter provides extra countertop space, for laying out snacks and hors-d’ouvres. Both a built-in large oven and microwave oven provide versatility for you.

Adding to the spaciousness is the advantage that the sleeping area is on the upper floor, accessed via a wide wooden staircase. There are two master bedrooms each with a King Size bed. One of which is actually 2 meters by 2 meters (oversized; known as a “ California King”) and the other can also be separated into 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a single bed, which is also generous in size.

Plenty of bathrooms for all, as one master bedroom has a bathroom ‘en-suite’, while there is another bathroom in the hallway of this upper floor, plus a separate WC. For convenience, there is another separate WC with a sink on the lower level, which can also serve as a Guest facility. This makes for a total of two and a half bathrooms. The bathrooms are ‘simple’ in style and were not renovated at the same time as the rest of the property. They are large by Parisian standards, have double sinks and large counter-top space and provide the required comfort level for this property.

This property in any area of Paris would be worth a visit and stay. However, it happens to be in one of the most desirable and sought-after locations in the very heart of Paris. Building & Neighborhood:
The true heart of Paris, with several metros less than a 5 minute walk, (line 4, and RERs B and C). Many restaurants, Cafes and Shops nearby, plus easy access to Taxis. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so void of traffic noise. Excellent security for the entire building, with digi-code on street door and inner secondary iron gate with key access (or intercom for Guests). Walk easily to Notre Dame (about 10 minutes), the two islands on the Seine (7 to 10 minutes), Boulevard St. Michel (only 4 minutes), and 10 to 12 minutes to the Louvre. The romantic and beautiful Rue de Buci with flower shops and Cafes is only 5 minutes away and just outside your door are many restaurants, Creperies, Cafes, etc.

This special apartment is only meant for a one or two families travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited.
