Literally, just stepping out of your building’s door plunges you into the midst of premium bakers, cheese shops, butcher shops and some of the best small boutiques in town for serious shopping or just browsing. You will be within short walking distance to both the Musee d’Orsay and the Louvre, plus so many other attractions such as Luxembourg Gardens, Concorde, the Tuileries Gardens, and all along the wide Boulevard St. Germain for such landmarks as; Café Les deux Magots, Brasserie Lipp, etc. In fact, we strongly urge you to hop on the city bus number 69, (on the same block as your building) which meanders along some of the most beautiful parts of Paris, when you wish to go a bit further afield and visit the Eiffel Tower, Hotel de Ville, Chatelet, Notre Dame, etc. You are also only 2 minutes from the nearest Metro station (rue du Bac, line 12).

This is a wonderful and quiet flat, one bedroom, which comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. It is on the courtyard, of a well-maintained building and has lots of light. A good size flat with 44 sq meters (approx. 470 sq ft) it has all new furniture and has just recently been upgraded by the new owner (April 2008). It is on the 5th floor (stairs only, no elevator), with good double-door security (even though Paris is very safe).

The bedroom has a Queen size bed, which is made up of two twin singles that can also be used individually as two separate beds. The living room has a double size sofa-sleeper for two adults as well. The WC is separate from the bathroom (off the living room) for easy convenience.

The kitchen has lots of counter space and is ‘out of sight’ from the rest of the flat (although not enclosed). There is wonderful parquet flooring and both the kitchen and bathroom have been ‘ modernized’ with sleek new fixtures & finishings.
