An excellent location for this standard style comfortable but compact basic style apartment with nice furnishings sleeping up to 4 adults. Nearby you will have the animated Rue Cler shopping area (a real French village inside Paris) with the Farmers’ Markets of fresh fruits and vegetables, typical cafes and restaurants plus lots of specialty shops (fabulous bakeries, wine, cheese shops).
 

A pleasing neutral color scheme was used, with some rich browns and interesting black and white pictures of traditional Parisian scenes. The apartment is quiet, located on a small passage-way having little traffic noise. It is located on the third floor, (stairs only - no elevator, please note that stairs a little steeper than normal, but are carpeted and have a strong hand-rail). It measures 28 square meters (about 300 square feet) of floor space. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, which is made up of two twin beds (please request at time of booking for the two separate beds otherwise it will be a Queen size bed). The living room has a double size sofa pull-out sleeper for two persons.

There is a small corner kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, two burner stovetop, coffee maker and toaster - Note this is a small basic corner kitchenette, not for full cooking, but rather re-heating some items that you can purchase on Rue Cler and making coffee/toast, etc. A small fold-out table allows four people to dine (two sitting on permanent chairs and two folding chairs) with cutlery and dishware for all. The bathroom is very small and compact but functional, with sink and WC, and  boasts  a shower with massage-jet spray, (please note the size is very small as seen here in pictures, which make it a ‘basic’ style).  There are a couple of closets to store away your bags as well.

There is a flat widescreen TV, good for local channels.

You will be very close to transport, with the metro only a few minutes walk, plus of course in a rich area with so many shops, bakeries, restaurants galore! This is a very central location from which to enjoy Paris and the quiet, tranquil, atmosphere of the apartment will ensure a great stay!
