Very cozy “bird nest” type studio, on the upper floor with a large elevator, so no stairs with heavy luggage to carry up!

My stay with Vacation in Paris was one of the best travel experiences of my life. The property was very comfortable and in a perfect location for being able to both walk to major landmarks, including Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, as well as explore side streets and get a taste of everyday Parisian life. The apartment was a great value, and it was a treat to be able to cook breakfast before heading out for the day.
I would recommend the studio on Sebastopol to anyone! My husband spoke briefly with the property manager to see if we could stay longer in the apartment after we learned that Hurricane Sandy had cancelled our flight home. She said no because another person was coming the next day and hung up, which was a bit unhelpful during a stressful time, but later I exchanged emails with a VIP staff member who was extremely helpful and actually was able to extend our stay by a day.
That helped us have enough time to find another place to stay while we waited for our rebooked flight, which was great, since I had never been to Paris before and was somewhat uncertain about what to do.

Overall, our experience with VIP was fantastic, and we hope to book another trip to France soon! Thank you for everything, especially your help during the storm!

I just got back home from France on Sunday night, and getting caught up on everything. We were in Brittany for our second week in France.  The flat at Sebastopol was lovely and I really enjoyed my stay there. There was a note with the key (left with the building super) to send the key back to you directly. I just wanted to pop you a quick message to let you know that I will get it in the mail by tomorrow morning.

The flat is super cute and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again. It was also really central and accessible and you might want to emphasize the following items in your promotion of the flat on your website:
* Monoprix is downstairs - the amazing French grocery, etc store. It's fabulous. Great groceries - full selection, and also it has clothes, toiletries, etc, etc. Kind of like the French Target. Having the grocery store downstairs is a huge plus
* Accessibility - you can walk from the flat to the Seine really quickly - this is a great feature.
* Metro - the metro is literally 20 steps from the front door. I didn't really have a sense of that when I looked up the address on Google map. It looks like the station is 1/2 a block away, which is great as well, but just outside the door is fabulous.
