This charming studio was redone by the owner (May 2007)- and while compact, it is well organized and has everything you will need. It features an air-conditioning system for those hot summer days, a fully equipped kitchen, which has stainless steel fitted cabinetry, a new modern bathroom with a large shower and also good quality sleeping arrangements. The bed is a large queen size bed for 2 adults, and then there is a fold away cot which can accommodate a child or young teenager. The windows are large to allow in lots of light. There are old wooden beams, which have been carefully reexposed and varnished, to add that old world charm…

The whole building interior and courtyard have been renovated and is in great shape. The apartment is located on the 3^rd European floor (do note there is a short set of stairs to the ground floor which makes the apartment 3½ flights up) and has only stairs - no elevator - and is 24 m² (@260 ft²). In keeping with the historical nature of the building, the original narrow stairs remain which some may find challenging with large suitcases.
