Enjoy this very nicely decorated, modern
style property, in the center of Paris! The owners have just finished
putting the final touches on a renovation, with very nice decorations.
It is a clean, modern style apartment, with white ceramic tile floors, a
large bedroom and large living room area. It sleeps up to four adults,
with two in bedroom (Queen sized bed) and two on the comfortable sofa
pull-out bed in living room.
This apartment is 55 m2 in size (about 580 sq. ft.) -
located on the ground floor, facing the street (rue de Lille)- so no
stairs to climb! It is in a safe area (as is all of Paris!) and the
windows out to the street do have good security.
You are directly behind the Musee D’Orsay, and just minutes from the
river and many other attractions – The Tuileries and the Louvre is
just minutes away. It is very centrally located.
The large bathroom has both a bathtub as well as a separate shower in
it. The WC is separate. There are lots of good storage and a washer
plus dryer in the closet area.
The kitchen has everything you need, from oven, dishwasher to
microwave, new dishes and cutlery, large oven and stovetop. All the
small appliances you expect also, such as kettle and coffeemaker as
well.
Lots of space and new modern decorations (January 2007), a very
comfortable place for 4 people, with no stairs to climb as it is
ground floor level!

We were very pleased to stay in this lovely apartment!
It's location is just terrific and we had a very comfortable visit.
[And, the Internet service I rely upon for my business worked
flawlessly.] We only encountered one problem; the programmable
telephone in the apartment was quite a challenge. It would ring only
three times before an incoming call was routed into an answering
system we could not access and our outbound calls to a toll-free
access number for using our calling card would not go through at all.
As it turned out there is a public phone nearby where our toll-free
access number worked fine but it would have been a bit more convenient
to stay in the apartment to make our calls.
We were really pleased with our rental and we hope to be using your
