Very large 94 m² (approx. 1000 sq feet) two bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults with two separate bathrooms . This is a more modern style apartment, in a 1970’s building, that offers many amenities. There is a large terrace on the front side, which adds even more of a spacious feeling, which is accessed via sliding glass doors. The bedrooms are all on the rear or ‘quiet’ side, view a gorgeous view onto lots of greenery and an old small church. There is a large elevator as well. As a bonus, there is also a balcony on the second bedroom.

The master bedroom has a large queen size bed, with a separate large bathroom (accessed from the hallway) that includes a bath-tub and shower combo. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, which can also be fitted together to form one king size bed. There is a second smaller bathroom with shower, which is also accessed off the hallway.

The dining room is quite large (table for 6 people) and also features a sofa-bed, for 2 more adults (total of 6 adults). This dining room has a sliding door to close it off for complete privacy.

The living room is the best gathering place, with a large sofa and armchairs. A very open and pleasant feeling due to the ample amount of space and views outside. Not to be outdone, is the kitchen which is separate (closed off), quite large and features all the appliances and cooking items you need.

This is a great area, just south of the famed Luxembourg Gardens (about a 5 minute stroll). There is a convenient Metro/RER stop just one minute away (Port Royal RER line B). This takes you directly to the St. Michel and heart of Paris, only 2 stops away). You will be next to the “Observatoire”, a well know landmark as a functioning Observatory and research center.

There are several great restaurants in the immediate area, including the very popular, Clos de Lillas, and further along is La Coupole.
