The extra large spaces, especially in the combo living room/dining-room and kitchen area where everyone can gather make this a very comfortable apartment. The views are really splendid, looking over the Parisian rooftops and lots of open sky!

This is a top floor apartment (another added bonus that reduces any potential noise since no one is above you plus it is the only apartment on the floor!) on the 4th floor European count (4 flights up - no elevator). This is the true Marais area, so central and close to many interesting sights/things to do, just minutes to two metro stops- either the St. Sebastien Froissart on line 8 or Arts et Metiers on lines 3 and 11. You are an easy stroll to all of the fascinating shops in the Marais, plus great restaurants. You can easily walk to Hotel de Ville, the Seine, Chatelet or even Place des Vosges. A bit further just crossing the river is also Notre Dame Cathedral, (free organ recitals on Sundays!).

The full size kitchen is very spacious and the full size dining table easily accommodates everyone. You can really use this great kitchen if you want to cook and/or entertain, as it has has a large fridge/freezer, 4 point stove-top, plus all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster etc. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer (separate units for ease/speed) in one of the bathrooms also.
