This the most recent of the quad to recently come out of renovations, (June 2007) all completely re-done from top to bottom and new furnishings! It is 35 m² (approx. 370 sq feet) and has both a double size bed as well as a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2 (same as double bed size). There is also a dining table that accommodates 4 people. This apartment like the others features an “exposed natural rock wall” which provides a very charming and warm feeling. There are two large windows in the living room, with soundproofing double glass, (although the street is usually calm). Also the third floor elevation (stairs only) ensures good light and away from any noise below.

The kitchen is American-style ( open to living room) and has all you need to cook full meals inside, with a large amount of kitchen-counter space, it includes a refrigerator, double stove top, microwave, coffeemaker large sink and other amenities (see below for details).

This a great and central area, with transportation close by and many sights easily reachable by foot. This is the heart of the Right Bank, filled with so much energy and great people watching hotspots!
