This the first of the quad to come out of renovations, all completely re-done from top to bottom and new furnishings! It is 26 m² (approx. 280 sq. ft.) and has both a double size bed as well as a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2 ( same as double bed size). There is also a small table that folds out to accommodate 4 people. This apartment like the others features an “exposed natural rock wall” which provides a very charming and warm feeling. There are 2 large windows in the living room, with soundproofing double glass, ( although the street is usually calm). Also the second floor elevation (stairs only) ensures good light and away from any noise below.

The kitchen is separate which is very comfortable (closed off by a door) and also has a large window. There is a large amount of counter space compared to most studios, and it includes a refrigerator, double stove top, microwave, coffeemaker large sink and other amenities (see below for details).

This a great and central area, with transportation close by and many sights easily reachable by foot. This is the heart of the Right Bank, filled with so much energy and great people watching hotspots!
